Wow! What a great shop! I needed some work done on my Audi and I didn't want to take it to the dealership, so I Googled shops in my area and The V Shop had nothing but great reviews. Now I see why. Roger and his team run a very clean shop. Professional. Knowledgable. Fair. My car went in for an ignition coil and came out with a full courtesy inspection and a small list of things that I was not aware of, but no pressure from them to "get these fixed right away" as a sales pitch to make more money. AND, my car was detailed when I came to pick it up! I mean detailed, not just washed. Tires shined, vacuumed...EVERYTHING! There are a lot of good wrenches in the world, but there are few who are also able to run an elite business. Angie runs one of the best businesses I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She does what she says she is going to do. The cars are well taken care of. She communicates well using text message, email, and follow up calls. Very good service, never had a problem with any mechanic, professionally run and operated. Have been going here for a long time and they have always been honest with me on everything. They have a great staff, and take care of business in a fast, efficient method.

I used to go there a lot, but the last two or three times was less than perfect. I left them a tire to check a slow leak weeks later Nobody took care of it really! I talk to the boss Ziad he is only song and dance. Then I asked the guy to flip a Tire on the rim they damaged the bead scrapping that one year old tire…. Needless to say I’m not going back.

My Review, I spent $20,000 with these people less than a year ago. Everything they touched has fallen apart and I am having to redo everything they did and I mean everything they did! They overcharge, falsify parts, and treat people like garbage. Please don’t make the same mistake I did!
