He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! I had a tire blow out on the interstate. Eddie came out and helped. He arrived earlier than expected and was friendly and helpful. He patiently answered my child's endless questions as well. Even though he was only assigned to tow, he stayed with me and changed my tire as well. Great service and help when I needed it.
