Went in for an alignment on my Mercedes AMG. Service tech disappears with my car for 20-30 mins. I ask where is my car? Manager Jason Liechty says he’s doing a high speed test drive. A what? I instantly had a bad feeling because everyone doesn’t know how to drive this car fast without fucking shit up . Aside from that, why are you driving my car fast for a an alignment and disappearing for 20 mins? The guy comes back and puts my car on the lift and a few mins later the manager is showing me a waterfall of coolant coming from my radiator. Unbeknown to him the car was serviced by a Mercedes dealership just last week no oil leaks no coolant leaks no nothing. Manager denies any wrongdoing or responsibility despite HIS guy being the last to drive the car. For all I know he could’ve taken the car around the corner and smashed my radiator in an attempt to get me to buy parts from them because he was on the phone trying to price a new radiator before I even told him to. No way that radiator should fail if driven normally. Somehow they overheated the car and busted my radiator. Then the douche tells me the car has enough coolant in it to drive.Shop should’ve taken responsibility but now is going to have to explain it to a judge. This con artist of a Manager at this location should be replaced and the regional manager isn't any better. Mind you this is the same location that was accused of stealing a woman's handgun from her car.

Took my car to have evaluated. I was told that my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. He said he would be swapp my engine out with a engine close to the same miles I had on my car. So I agreed to have my engine changed. This would have been a good time to tell me that it's only 30 days on a used engine. but he did not disclose this information to me. He went and got the car emissions done and told me he had been driving my car and it was running fine. Two days later and paying 4081.00 I pick my car up it seemed fine. I wasn't able to test drive the car because of Covid the DMV was closed. so it was close to three months until I was able to get a tag for car. I finally got the tag and drove the car, I noticed a pull from the car when I put the car in drive, it snatched into gear. I took car back and the mechanic RL adjusted something on the engine so that took care of the problelm. Still didn't informe me about 30 days for a used engine. I drove the car for two weeks and the car is surging and smoking from the tail pipe. I call R.L to tell him what's going on. He says bring the car in. I had a video of what was going on with the car. I informed R.L I got advice from another mechanic and was told this is because coolant is getting into the engine which point to a bad head gasket, and the surging could possibly be the air intake control valve and the problem was engine related Which R.L agreed that it probably was the IAC and he would have fixed it "IF" he knew it was bad He then suggested put 20 w 50 in the engine. I called another mechanic and told them what my car was doing and what advice I was giving from RL. And was told to ask for the paper work on the engine. I have not received no information on the engine he installed in my car to this very day. And putting 20 w 50 was not going to solve my issue. So I take the car back because of the surging and mind you it's still smoking. I also was getting water in the trunk so R.L looked into these issued and charged me 80.00.I was told by R.L that my Power steering rack need replacing and he would fix my IAC for aprox 1100.00 dollars. This has been the worst experince with this shop. My car is sitting unable to drive. I gave him ONE star because a rating was required. He deserves 0 stars. We'll end up in court I'm sure.

In August of 2011I took a 2004 Mercury Grand Marquis in for a brake job here. They told me that the ABS module needed to be replaced and the Master Cylinder. The cost was $1167. After keeping the car for 6 days they call me to tell me it was fixed. When I went to pick up the car the damn brake pedal was still going all the way to the floor. Evidently they never test drove the vehicle before they told me it was finished. Well, fast forward to January 2,2012. The brake icon comes on in the dash so I take the car back to NTB. They inform the car needs a Power Booster. They said that the Power Booster should have been replaced when the other work was done in August. They agree to replace the Power Booster at no charge since they said it was their fault to begin with. They kept the car 3 days this time. They call me to tell me that the car is finished and when I go to drive it the damn brake pedal goes all the way to the floor, again. And to top it all off my Cruise Control quit working as well. It was working when I dropped it off because I used it on the way to drop the car off the first time. I took it straight back to the dealership and ask to speak with the manager Blake Owens. I was told he was already gone for the day ( at 2:00 pm in the afternoon by the way) and it would be 2-3 hours before they could re-check my car since they only had 1 technician on staff. I told them to stuff it up their backside and I would take it somewhere else. I ended up having to go to the Lilburn, Ga. location where they finally fixed the brakes. The technician there told me that when the other jerks (Chris Warren and Aaron Morse) worked on the Master Cylinder they cross threaded the brake line allowing air into the system and destroying the other mastercylinder. I was there about 4 hours before they could get the part and get it put on. To their credit they were understanding and made sure the brakes were working properly before they gave it back. Howev
