Took my car to have evaluated. I was told that my engine was bad and needed to be replaced. He said he would be swapp my engine out with a engine close to the same miles I had on my car. So I agreed to have my engine changed. This would have been a good time to tell me that it's only 30 days on a used engine. but he did not disclose this information to me. He went and got the car emissions done and told me he had been driving my car and it was running fine. Two days later and paying 4081.00 I pick my car up it seemed fine. I wasn't able to test drive the car because of Covid the DMV was closed. so it was close to three months until I was able to get a tag for car. I finally got the tag and drove the car, I noticed a pull from the car when I put the car in drive, it snatched into gear. I took car back and the mechanic RL adjusted something on the engine so that took care of the problelm. Still didn't informe me about 30 days for a used engine. I drove the car for two weeks and the car is surging and smoking from the tail pipe. I call R.L to tell him what's going on. He says bring the car in. I had a video of what was going on with the car. I informed R.L I got advice from another mechanic and was told this is because coolant is getting into the engine which point to a bad head gasket, and the surging could possibly be the air intake control valve and the problem was engine related Which R.L agreed that it probably was the IAC and he would have fixed it "IF" he knew it was bad He then suggested put 20 w 50 in the engine. I called another mechanic and told them what my car was doing and what advice I was giving from RL. And was told to ask for the paper work on the engine. I have not received no information on the engine he installed in my car to this very day. And putting 20 w 50 was not going to solve my issue. So I take the car back because of the surging and mind you it's still smoking. I also was getting water in the trunk so R.L looked into these issued and charged me 80.00.I was told by R.L that my Power steering rack need replacing and he would fix my IAC for aprox 1100.00 dollars. This has been the worst experince with this shop. My car is sitting unable to drive. I gave him ONE star because a rating was required. He deserves 0 stars. We'll end up in court I'm sure.

I’m only posting this review because I’ve gotten several emails about reviewing yall. I usually never say anything if I have somthin bad to say. My experience here was pretty terrible. However, I’ll start off by saying the guy at the counter and the attitudes were all great. But when it comes to the service part… that’s a whole other situation. My first impression when I got my car back was it smelled like a sweaty man had been driving it around. Then the radio came on to some super loud hip hop (which I love but obviously not my country presets). I realize that when you change the parts that y’all needed to change that you may have to go drive it around a little to make sure the breaks are working properly. But.. like for real? It smelled SOO nasty. Then as im driving out I notice the breaks were squeaking… they are still squeaking a week later… I love attention to detail so cleaning whatever funk is causing that would have been nice. Lastly, and most importantly, I’m very very conscious of the cosmetic condition of my newer ford mustang. It’s been my dream car since I was a little kid and I finally got one less than a year ago. I don’t race it or push it whatsoever. I have a perfect driving record and never been at fault in any accidents. That’s why I was extremely surprised to see some nasty curb rash on my driver side front AND back rims. Practically new painted rims. So now y’all probably understand why I would never want y’all touching my car ever again. After a $500+ job I would expect a little more care. Really frustrating. Lesson learned… Don’t just go to a repair shop because it’s right across the street from where you live.

I highly recommended this place. Amazing work and amazing employees. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did on my car.

Very friendly, professional service. The worked hard to give me service and did a fine job repairing my truck. I had problema with the electrical system on my truck and they could have easily been dishonest. They isolated the problem and after testing some parts and they only replaced that which was broken. They did it all at a fair price. They deserve your business!

The BEST repair shop I have ever taken my car to!!!!!! The repairs performed on my car were done in a very timely manner and at a cost that was far cheaper than the dealership. I took my car to other repair shops in the area before finding Rocco's. The feeling that I was not going to be ripped off at Rocco's was almost immediate upon walking in. Johnny, one of the owners, made me feel very comfortable right off the bat. He was very professional and came across as extremely honest and sincere. It was very clear that he was extremely knowledgeable about car repairs when he took his time explaining to me in detail the issues they had found in my car. An EXCELLENT family-run, neighborhood European Auto Repair shop that I would recommend over-and-over-and-over again to anyone looking for an HONEST place to take their car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! My wife took her car to this shop to get the valve stem replaced on the front passenger side tire. The metal cover was cracked. This was purely cosmetic. I will make a long story short by summing it all up. The next day my wife gets into the car and while driving the new valve leaks resulting in a flat tire. We return the car to them. They fix the leaky valve but what was once a perfectly good tire is now our responsibility to get fixed. We just paid these guys 98.00 for a flat!!! Would have been cheaper to stab the tire ourselves. Now we are out of an additional 200- 300 for a new tire. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!
