Retail tire service near Snellville, GA

I have managed service departments, sold cars (retail and wholesale) in metro Atlanta and been affiliated with the auto industry, in some capacity, for the past 25 years, and T3 Automotive may be the best repair shop around. Ty is honest, fair and transparent. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need and he always takes time to understand your concern and to explain your car's needs. The mechanics are no-nonsense and they take pride in what they do. The only problem with this rating is that they don't allow for more stars.

These guys really have a passion for cars. I came here once for them to diagnose an oil leak that I later ended up fixing myself and I was just there this week for them to repair an adjustment on my seat. The work was completed on time and I am definitely satisfied with their prices. Of course, buying a German car means that repairs are more expensive, but this place is very reasonable. They have expanded over the years and my only complaint is the crowded parking lot. I am hoping they can move to a bigger facility soon just because of this, but if not, I will still continue to go whenever my BMW decides to act up again, which could be as soon as tomorrow, LOL! I definitely recommend them!

The diagnostic is definitely worth it. I nstead of throwing parts at the engine this tells you exactly what is wrong with what ever problem you are trying to handle. work also comes with a warranty and the staff is great !

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

Kudos to Ed for excellent service! Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! They went over and above what any other mechanic has ever done for me in the past. I opted out for any repairs because my car is old, and I am just going to replace it. As I was leaving, in the rain, one of their mechanics ran out to help me get my car up their driveway. They didn't ask for a dime...which as most of you know, most places would have. Signature Automotive Specialists seemed very honest!!
