David and Team have always helped me out when I show up first thing in the morning. I have a 2008 GL550 which is in very good shape but seems to need some "TLC" every now and then. I would recommend MB Techs over any other place I have gone for service in the entire Atlanta area. I called several transmission shops looking for reasonable pricing for a rebuilt transmission, finally I called Tim at Dependable Transmissions Plus, he scheduled me to come in, give me price break down of all my parts and labor. Dependable Transmissions Plus was the most reasonable and I found comfort in allowing them to fix my car. When I gave him the go ahead to start the repairs, to my surprise, not only was my car finished as promised, He turned around and gave me a $100.00 discount. I had issues with a NAPA starter last November and got it traded out at this location. Well last week my car didn't start, so I towed it to a shop where the mechanic said my starter had gone bad. I take it to this location because the part was still under warranty. Instead of replacing it they toggled the wire around just enough to get it to start, get me off their lot so they wouldn't have to replace it under the warranty. When I asked what was wrong they said a loose battery connection!?! How is there a loose battery connection and I have power going through my car with no issues? How is it a loose battery connection and the other two mechanics missed it, and both said it was the starter?? I literally walked in on them discussing how they weren't going to replace it. I took the car home, and of course the car didn't start the following morning. The lights came on, the windshield wipers work, but of course the car didn't start. These people from the owner, to the manager, and technicians lied and treated me like I was some dumb chick that didn't know what I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION...THEY LIE AND CHEAT YOU!!!!!

The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.

This is an excellent auto shop! I was most amazed at how knowledgeable and genuine the owner of the shop is. My driver side window wouldn’t close after I lowered it down on late Tuesday night. I contacted Wright’s Car Care the following morning and I drove to his shop. Ate breakfast and walked through some of the stores nearby (great marketplace nearby), and I couldn’t believe my car was finished! I had another auto shop that would have charged me 250 more and the service would have been subpar in comparison to Wright’s. If you’re trying to decide which auto shop to go to, Wright’s Car Care is my recommendation.

Excellent automotive shop. I work on my own vehicles and don't like mechanic shops. But when I have to use a mechanic I love Apollon. They are always honest and very fair. I saw the sign for a free brake inspection so I stopped in (they've been squeaking). The manager - Gerry, took the time to explain to me the differences for the various pads. He also showed me the pads that were on my car and the uneven wear indicating rotors. I decided to take care of everything - rotors and pads. So grateful to have a trustworthy mechanic. Thank you!!!

I used to drive 30 minutes to Marietta just to go to true automotive. Now that they opened up practically down the road I could not be happier. Isaac the manager has definitely carried over the top quality customer service and technicians. As always my car is feeling great. The honesty you get from these people when it comes to pricing and the work being done is amazing. I was told by Isaac the my suspension is starting to get to its age of replacement which is true, he’s on the money. I had two shops try and tell me that with half the mileage I have on the car now. You can’t get honesty like that in many places anymore. Good to have a shop in town that looks out for the customer!!!

TRUE Automotive, is as always the best repair facility in the Atlanta area. Issac, and his staff in the Sandy Springs location, are always very friendly and knowledgeable.
