DON. OT GO HERE BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! I literally had to call Clayton County Police before this mechanic would allow me to see my invoice. He refused me my invoice AND my property I CALLED THE POLICE. DO NOT TRUST THEM DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Found these guys on Craigslist and it has been the worst f*#@ experience I have ever had. I gave this dude All BRAND NEW PARTs totaling to $2,700. To rebuild my motor and somehow the parts mysteriously came up missing. The police are involved and I may have to go to court to recover what was lost. Here is an update for you. 6/6/19 one month later since I posted my review and still haven't heard any thing from dude. police report has been filed and awaiting a court date. Waist of time

I can’t say enough about Freed Performance. After getting my super charged 993 back from a dealership that was just doing some routine maintenance, it was in running horribly. No power and a strange very high cold start up idle. I took it to Sean and company at Freed and after a number of upgrades (RS cams, RS CLUTCH/flywheel, RS mounts, etc), a lot of extras while the engine was out, and troubleshooting the idle and power issues, the car is now incredible. Idles perfectly cold and warm, smooth/strong consistent power, very easy to drive clutch and feels rock solid. Thanks again guys!! Chris Ozment

repairing a major oil leak and installing a new transmission in my BMW 750Li…… it was in the hands of a real pro…… The car runs like it did when it was brand new and I am delighted beyond description. Scotts Auto Center damaged my transmission in my 2007 dodge ram doing a routine service flush I have had the transmission serviced every 35000 miles from a dodge dealer in Cumming and have never had an issue. I had my truck in at Scotts to have some other repairs done and they recommended doing the flush because the fluid looked a little dirty. they said they would have the truck ready the next afternoon. Dan called at 5:30 pm and said there was a problem with my truck after they did the flush the truck would not move .and that they would have to do a complete rebuild of my transmission at no charge to me. I explained I have a HVAC company to run and a lot of customers to service over the next few days I told Dan I would need a rental so I could continue to run my HVAC company. long story short I spent 3 hours on sat driving 40 miles round trip and unloading my tools and parts and reloading into this rental van. as a result of Scotts damaging my truck I had to pay over time all weekend to my employees to get our customers taken care of. and when it came time to pick up my truck and pay the bill Scotts billed me for the transmission flush. I refused to pay for that part of the repairs and asked to speak to the owner Scott was very un professional about the whole deal. he told me I should be happy they paid for my transmission. I said the same one you messed up ? I went on to explain to him how much money this has cost me and how much of an inconvenience this has been. I was told if I didn't pay for the flush I wasn't getting my truck back. and then the owner Scott himself hung up on me . what kind of a way is that to treat a customer I was more than happy to pay for the other repairs they did. and our family has been customers of Scotts Auto for over 10 years. and Bob that is in charge of the front desk tried to justify it to me as well that they should be paid for the transmission fluid. its funny the transmission fluid costs the same as a transmission flush . Been going to Heritage Volkswagen for 5 years and I still carry my Passat there because of the competent technicians and the awesome customer service. Never had any problems of any kind at this dealership. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a great experience at Infiniti of South Atlanta. We were in the market for a new car when we found the perfect G37. It was late, and we were all so tired, but Aaron Middleton proved to be the best salesman. He took the time to really sell the car, which I explained was not needed because I had done so much research prior to our visit. The car had been perfectly maintained and is so very clean, it looks and drives like a demo! We started looking at the newer models but this was a chance for us to save some money and really asses the Infiniti experience. We are still in awe with their CPO program!!!! I hope that we continue to see the same professionalism after the sale. My husband and I value quality service and reliability in a vehicle, and it seems we found the perfect place and the perfect car!! Thanks again Aaron!!

This is my second time visiting Heritage VW for scheduled maintenance on my vehicle. Had to come in after the dreaded check engine light popped up on the dashboard though...ugh!! The staff here at Heritage is very professional and their work is very quick. I've enjoyed my experience with this dealership so far and will continue returning to this shop for all future issues.

Do NOT waste your time here. Got stuck in the store for 3 solid hours for an alignment. At first they did a half assed job at aligning, and when I asked them to show me the print out they suddenly had to "take the car back" to do it again. Once I got out of the store after the second try, I discovered they were trying to align the car to the wrong specs and on top of that, tried to tell me I needed a $450 camber kit to fix it. All the while, Tim snuck in a 3 year service deal that I did not ask for and charged me over 3 times what is normal for a standard alignment. I contacted NTB corporate to ask for assistance in getting some of my money back and didn't even get a response. Don't let them have your money, they don't deserve it.
