Lextech didn't handle the type of repair I needed but Ed was well versed in the nature of my issue and gave me an A+ referral that led me to saving a couple thousand dollars! The last thing I wanted to do was call the dealership and thanks to him I didn't have to. He was super patient, even providing me with the full address and number of the shop. Early one morning a couple weeks ago I got into my ES 350 and couldn't... read more Early one morning a couple weeks ago I got into my ES 350 and couldn't get it to turnover. I had to have it towed and decided to give LexTechs a try instead of my usual dealer service shop. Turned out to be a good move. Ed and his service team did a thorough analysis of my car and found something very unusual. Some critter had gotten into the wiring which directly led to a messed up engine. This was a car that was in good shape otherwise and one I would have continued to drive for another 100,000 miles. I guarantee the dealer shop would have recommended a lengthy list of repairs that would not have been worth paying for. Because of detailed analysis of the LexTech's team, I was able to submit this non-routine engine damage as a claim against my auto insurance policy which they eventually concluded was a total loss. So the bad news is that I'll have to find a new car. But the good news is that I won't be out nearly as much money as I could have been paying for repairs. The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it to... read more The service was incredible! My only issue was the amount of time it took to receive the oil filter for the car. It was well over 1.5 hours and forced me to miss my flight. But the experience was terrific, I get not having a part. But the supplier took far too long delivering and I could not leave because the car had no oil. I won’t let this issue hinder me from visiting again because it wasn’t Executive Repairs issue.
