Bryan represents auto repair shops and Walcott, IA in an amazing way. Traveling in late June of 2017, we had to stop for a new alternator in Walcott, IA. After Newell's completed the repair in short order, due to a short time frame, we were on our way. Eight hours later, we had to pull over and get the car back in a shop. Bryan apologized and took responsibility for the situation and the shop fees to correct the situation. We were amazed by Bryan! I was told by others before we had our repair work done at Newells Automotive that Bryan was a "good guy." We agree. Walcott, you have a great small business owner in Bryan Newell! Thank you Bryan!
