I am a single mama with three daughters so money is tight, and I depend on my car greatly! This is the second time I have used Lloyd's Automotive and again I walked away completely impressed. Both times they made me feel like a priority in that they got my car fixed and on the road quickly. The employees also made sure I understood what the problem was and answered all of my questions. Their prices were more then fair (I called around) and they were extremely professional and friendly. I will be recommending them to everyone!!

To find a shop that will take time to review your problem and then recommend that you can wait and save money is extremely rare. Jerry Stanton (a service advisor with 45 years of experience) took 40 minutes of his valuable time to look at my problem, and recommend possible "home" repairs that I could try first. Then told me that they could fix the problem but it would not hurt to give it more time. Impressive.

Its tough to find an automotive shop that doesn't make me feel like I'm getting ripped off because I don't know much about cars but this is one of those places. I've had them work on several of our cars, I leave feeling like I got a great price and quality work in a timely manner. Tom was recommended by a friend I'm glad I found out about him!
