I was so lucky to have brought my car for service on Monday. I have had so many bad mechanics try to fix my car but Velasquez and Darwin FINALLY got to the root of the problem and fixed my check engine light that was on for months. Other mechanics claimed they fixed the check engine light problem but the didn't. It is NOT easy finding a good, honest mechanic these days. I know I finally found one and can confidentially bring my cars to Velasquez in the future. Darwin also changed the gaskets. I had paid a mechanic to change them a few months ago but apparently didn't. I actually paid to have the purge valve and gaskets changed but they never were. Darwin even showed me the defective parts. Thank you Darwin and Velasquez mechanic shop. Brian 2-9-22

Hands DOWN the best service in town. They are honest, and always do everything to accomidate me. They support my older car nd give me real options on how to proceed when I need to choose the best repair options. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in. Untamed Auto on Lunt in Schaumburg between Rodenburg and Wright. Good, fast, and cheap. Won't screw you or try to sell you a bunch if crap you don't need. I've been to him a handful of times, and sent several people to him with zero complaints. $3 k repair at the dealer $1 k there. My van was serviced here after noticing that my tire seemed flat. I arrived with no appointment and with two toddlers tagging along. Employees were very courteous and helpful. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!
