I had a flat tire that had to be replaced and it wound up costing me 166.02. My problem is I did not know if the tire could be fixed or not when I left it there and they did not call me to tell that the tire could not be repaired and I needed a new tire. They just went ahead and put a new tire on the rim. I would have appreciated a call before they went ahead with this so I could discuss price options for different tires.

Chris is a great manager & very helpful, at Lincoln & McCormick. I’ve known him for many years. Hector was also great. He’s just learning & eager to learn. Both very personable.

The staff attended to me promptly and explained the possible cause of why there is water draining on the passenger seat of my car, it was free of charge. When I drop off my car, I wanted to take a bus and the company offered me a ride. Nice customer service. I think I will be your customer for long.
