Autobahn did a great job of replacing the front shocks. The handling and ride quality of the car is noticeably improved after the shocks were replaced. I am not pleased with the repair that was made to one of the wheels. The bend in the outer face rim was not completely removed and many scratches and dings were added to the area near the bend. There is also some fine cracking or crazing of the paint. I would definitely not have this service performed if I knew what the results would be.

KS Autocare performed a detailed inspection of my car, during which it was discovered there were multiple problems. While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. I brought my car for an evap code. When I came in I was told I owed $125.00 for diagnosing a cat code. I have been aware for over a year that I needed a cat. When I reminded him that I brought the car in for the evap code, not the PO420 code. he said that if the cat code shows up that he HAD to a diagnostic on it. What?? I always had a good relationship with the Rockdale shop, but after this visit I feel cheated . Very unhappy!

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I failed the Illinois Emission Test. I took my Bentley to a performance shop to be repaired. They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it. I have known the professionals at European Auto House for years (2004) after being referred to them through another trusted individual. I have found them to be the most straight forward and reliable mechanics that I have ever dealt with for any make of auto repair (foreign or domestic).

I had purchased a groupon ($149) for front and rear brakes 3 weeks ago. He texts me saying that I would also need to replace the rotors. I was a little hesitant and should have listened to my gut but I went ahead go the rotors replaced for $265. Then he sends me pictures saying that I need to replace my ball joints. I said another time. Fast forward to one week later and I am hearing a squeaking noise. He says give it some time to adjust and that most likely it is my parking brakes. I called another mechanic and inquired about this and he informs me that the parking brake could and should have been done with the original brake/rotor replacement and it would have been cheaper as Landspeed wants to charge me $180. I gave it two weeks and the noise progressed. When I brought it in he took it for a test drive and tells me that he is going to replace the rotors and brakes again as well as the job on the parking brakes. I ask why and he tells me because of needing the parking brake. Well, two days later I hear another squeaking noise and grinding noise. I thought it was because of the ball joints he stated I needed to replace. So, I again contacted the other mechanic and brought it in. He takes a look at my car and takes it for test drive and lets me know that the balljoints are perfect, NO NEED TO REPLACE THEM. Then this is the worst part, he tells me that the brake job that Landspeed did was done extremely poorly as well as the brakes and rotors were warped. I gasped considering that I just replaced them three weeks ago. I took pictures and everything and now have to replace the rotors and brakes in the front. I am so upset because as much as I would want to go back and make him do the job over again, that is not going to happen.

Great mechanics showed me all my before and after stuff, showed me my new parts and showed me pictures of when the intake was removed, very very clean mechanics as far as work ethics . Would not go anywhere else. Thanks you guys for being a blessing to me
