We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. Took both my wife's car and my car here for an oil change within the last 2 years. Took my car about 2 years ago, and it had a flat tire later that same day. Though I did some additoinal driving, I had a sneaking suspicion that it happened at Jiffy Lube. Yesterday, I took my wife's car in for an oil change. I drove an additional 5 miles tops afterwards. This morning, her car has a flat tire in the driveway. I might be nuts or this might be a strange coincidence but I will not use this Jiffy Lube again.

These guys will take you back and show you what needs to be repaired/replaced and even dumb it down if need be. You are always given the option to buy your own parts elsewhere; new or used... or if it’s more convenient then you can trust them to get it for you... Your choice.
