Jamal(Store manager) is one the biggest crookes in the automotive industry who takes advantage of unknowing customers .Not only is he very unprofessional but also marking up prices over 5 times what they cost.My mom went there and was charged $4000 dollars for under $2000 in work (had a dealership and 2 independent shops verify this by a second opinion and quote ).Not only that but Jamal charged for parts that were not even changed .When he was confronted on his shady borderline criminal actions he became very belligerent and rude !! Escalated to corporate (bill Gallagher) who I was assured would return the call that day and he took a week to just call back !!with no solution to these obvious issues!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!
