I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager, Jeff A., agreed to look at my car. I had experienced trouble with it on our one hour drive to dance class. Jeff took the time to test it and even put it up on the lift after closing. This ended up possibly saving our lives. A mechanic from a different shop had neglected to secure bolts that held the tire to the steering mechanism. They were literally ready to fall off and might have on my 70 mph ride home. The manager was kind, thorough, and saved me from driving home later at 11:00 p.m. with a car that would have been unsafe for my daughter and me. I'm grateful for his help and professional manner when it was closing time.
