Went in for oil change, regular check up, fast, great service!!!

I just had to take my car in for a handful of repairs and maintenance issues. The people were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also honest (a rare trait in auto mechanics) advising me that some of the maintenance tasks I mentioned weren't actually necessary at this time. And when a part didn't arrive in time to be installed, they gave me a loaner car to use overnight. I didn't have to miss a single day of work. Great experience!

I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. I had Schiele replace a motor in my 65 F100. I provided the used motor to replace the existing one. I was very happy with the result. The mechanic's name was Aaron. As an example of how conscientious he was, he put a little oil in the cylinders and cranked it before actually trying to start it. This was probably a very good idea since the motor hadn't been run in a while. Aaron was willing to explain anything he was doing and didn't seem to mind that I came around often during the work. The project was completed in a timely manner and from my memory, slightly below what the initial estimate was. Keith Morehead

I want to thank everyone at North Belt automotive for doing a great job on my car. They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

Amazing customer service! I was given a breakdown of services I would need ..they even offered discounts. They were really honest and answered all of my questions. Also given their opinion on which services I should prioritize since I wasn't able to pay for all of the services that day. 100000% would recommend to everyone. We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! Buyer stay away for new cars and trucks. The new truck we bought looked like it was ready for a good cleaning when it came back from the detail shop. The sales lady need to learn that a charge card cuts off at 100 dollars when filling up a truck. That means we didnt get a full tank of fuel like ford says you should. The owner didnt care so the best thing I can say it buy from any other dealer.

I took my car in to have work done on the motor they kept the car for over 2 weeks did not fix the problem and messed up the transmission when they pulled the motor .I would never give this place a thought.
