This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I brought in my own antique bevelled mirror to Lincoln Way Glass to have a hole cut in it for an outlet. An employee taped my template to the wrong place on the mirror, despite the fact that there was a diagram drawn showing where the hole belonged. I called and the secretary said that the owner would call back. He never did and I had to ask my son to bring the glass back. The owner agreed to replace my glass and cut a new hole. The replacement glass was not bevelled, and the hole immediately was spider cracking across the glass. The owner said he is not responsible. I am now without a mirror of any sort, and $50.00!!

My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off.
