My poor car hasn't had a detail since 2007 and I've pretty much lived in my car since my fiancé passed in April of last year, so it was in dire need! I bought a groupon for an auto detail and I wasn't expecting much after my friends got theirs done somewhere else. I took it to QAR and KC took care of me. He looked at my cars condition and told me how the groupon only covered 3 hours of work and my car needed at least a day! I explained my situation and asked him to do the best he could with what I had. Like I said, I wasn't expecting much, I was just happy it would be cleaner. They took the car warning me that, they'll only have time for the inside, but KC came in and told me that they would buff and wax it as well since winter was coming. He was really a great business man and even batter man. He made sure I was happy with everything, even offered me coffee and checked up on me occasionally. When I got to my car, I was surprised with how it looked! You could tell they're perfectionists, cause they got every little nook and cranny and every stain I figured would still be there were gone! My car looks and smells amazing, like new! I'm impressed, that was a hard job, but they took the time they needed and pulled it off. I would recommend them for everything cause he showed me that he had pride in his work and services and that means a lot to me and my car. Y. Flores

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Recently had my driver window busted out from a thief. I called them and got a great instant quote within seconds and told me they had the glass in stock and told me they could get someone to me right away. Provided great service, price,handled my insurance and were very friendly. I definitely recommend them when needing a repair for auto glass!

This place is AWESOME!! The location has changed so be aware it's on 103 South Commercial. At first when I pulled up pretty much every staff is working on a car. I also saw a company deliver new orders of windshields glass. The services were great along with the labor. I pre-ordered my glass & came in the next day and it was placed on my car in less than 10min.!!

Can't even believe these guys are in business. If I could give them no stars, I would.We had them put in windows in a storefront and within 6 months four of the six windows had broken seals and were permanently fogged up. After months of going back and forth with them, they finally came out to take a look and agreed that the windows needed to be replaced - that was approximately 6 months ago. About a 2 months ago, they came and replaced two of the windows, but realized they had mismeasured one and one of them they dropped. They said they would be back with the windows within a week. We have been waiting over 6 weeks for them to come and replace the remaining windows. This is for a business establishment so we're not happy that we're sitting with shitty windows as our advertising. Every time I call, they tell me the same thing "we're busy..." Apparently correcting THEIR errors is not a priority for them. They do not keep appointments and they do not follow through on anything. I talked to Sergio on a Tuesday and he said they'd be over the next morning. I called him that morning and he said they would be there between 11 and 1 --- and they never showed up. I cannot UNrecommend them enough. I have never encountered such a poorly run business in my life. DO NOT USE THEM.

during the last 2 weeks this shop has had my daughters car in for repairs from an accident. they assured my daughter that her car was repaired and ready to pick up. she picked up her car and on the first evening she had it back, she was driving in downtown chicago and it felt like the steering wheel was going to come off every time she went over a bump. she took it back to them and they said they inspected it and found nothing wrong. one of the guys even told her to get a second opinion if she didnt believe them! so..she went to get a second opinion and within 15 minutes of the car being at the second shop they found the right control arm damaged (she was hit in the right front wheel) and it caused things to shift and also cause problems with the left control arm and the wheel is actually loose on the vehicle! she went back to them today and the guy at the shop told her that they would have to contact the insurance co. to get her into another rental car and that for now she would have to pay for it! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I have worked in the auto repair business for over 12 years. this vehicle is unsafe to drive but these folks here apparently dont care! they should be covering the cost of the rental for now...they released the car that way...i am soooo incensed! heaven help them if something happens to my daughter! I am now in the process of contacting an attorney because they dont want to seem to do anything to help....and it's thier fault! they obviously didnt completly inspect this vehicle before releasing it. when your told that it happens while driving over bumps...dont take it for a test drive at 15 mph on a newly paved road! DUH! Let's see if the manager returns my call tomorrow. somehow i doubt it.

Never again , Tried to buy tires off Ebay from them , but would not accept payment from them , had to go to their shop to pay for them , plus Chicago , and State tax to boot . Asked to see the DOT code to see if these were indeed "New" tires as advertised , was not allowed or shown them before work was done .Asked for estimate on how much this was going to cost me , total Price of the So called 4 "New" tires mount , balance, disposal fee ..etc...went on deaf ears and work was performed with out my authorization anyway . After it was done , I look at my receipt and it says " Used Tires" , I questioned it and was told they are "New" but made sometime in 2014. That is not a " New" tire by me ... I just hope and pray that I did not get some altered , used , abused, blemished, damaged , or only God knows what else tires , that will be GARBAGE , after their ever so gracious and kind , 90 day warranty , which was not explained to me what if anything is warranted . Going back to the DOT codes on the tires , I can not even tell when they were made because the third oval that contains the Manufacturing date is missing .... I spent good , hard earned money on a product that isn't even what is advertised on Ebay , Buyer beware on what these people sell , I am taking the car ( my daughters by the way ) to a Goodyear store to have them check out these " New" tires and see if they can guess how old they are and if they are any good , For if they are not deemed any good, by the fine folks at Goodyear .... BACK THEY GO .... and then I contact the BBB , news people and anyone else who will listen . So like I said ....Never again , and Buyer Beware , you don't know what you are going to get from this establishment .

They came out to my house for an extra charge to replace my windshield and rear window. They were supposed to arrive at 11am but came at 6pm. The next morning was a freaking horror story. There was garbage and glass all around my driveway. The side lawn of the house that I’m renting had (and still does by the way) trenches in the grass half a foot deep because they drove on the grass and got stuck. Then the car itself. ... glass everywhere!!!! I cut myself at least five times and so did a friend when they drove with me 3 weeks later. The glass particles are tiny and got stuck in every nook and cranny that the car had. I personally vacuumed it for at least 40 minutes and then used paper towels and wipes for another 40 minutes. After I called and emailed pictures to get the lawn repaired their orginal response was why did my babysitter not help them pull their car out? Then after I explained the lunacy of that logic they said they will call back. Then their reply was that no landscaping companies are available to fix the lawn. They promised to bring some sod and dirt to cover the holes. Nothing was done. I’m appalled at this company.

I had my vehicle serviced at this shop and they installed a defected part in my vehicle. It broke down months later with the same problem. I took it back to them and they have been giving me the run around about getting it serviced. Every time I speak to someone about my vehicle; they pointing fingers and playing this blame game. The part is coming, its being shipped, they're bringing it, we're going to get it, its been ordered. They haven't ran out of excuses yet.
