We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. Wanted my own selection of transmission pan put on. Bought an aluminum pan that came with pickup extension because pan is deeper. Went to father and son, they quoted a very fair price for the work and did not have a problem with extras. I'm very happy the way the work turned out... no leaks at all!! Work was done on a 2001 dodge ram.

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

went in for a oil change . Came out with my brake pedal to the floor. They told me they didn`t touch brakes, I watched them DAMAGE my brakes . Had a guy up on lift pushing on brake pedal. Worse part I have been a loyal customer for years.
