I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! They did a list of things about 5-10 things . I have gone to other places over the years and feel safe there . As far as price is it was lower than the place that told me what i needed done . I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!
