I stumbled on Pro Automotive when I ran over a huge bolt and it stuck in my tire. Mike immediately got me in, repaired my tire, and told me about their other services, including their thorough check-overs with oil changes and the discounts you receive with each oil change. I took my car back to them and both he and Jennifer are super nice, they explain things in a way anyone can understand, the shop is reasonably priced, and they do great work.

I just had to take my car in for a handful of repairs and maintenance issues. The people were very friendly and easy to work with. They were also honest (a rare trait in auto mechanics) advising me that some of the maintenance tasks I mentioned weren't actually necessary at this time. And when a part didn't arrive in time to be installed, they gave me a loaner car to use overnight. I didn't have to miss a single day of work. Great experience!

I had a great experience with Altox automotive as my 2004 BMW 525i car had some problem with headlight & seat etc and they fixed everything without any hassle. The two main people Roman and Justin were very friendly and gave a reasonable answer to any question with regard to the repair and tried to reduce the repair cost as much as possible. I would highly recommend to others to go and try Altox Automotive once and you will become their regular customer.

I agree with Gene. In my case I drive a diesel Sprinter, very hard to get good service on to begin with because it is all German. I live in Montana too. I was referred to Westport Autohouse by a friend whose personal experience was very similar to the other review. So I called and made an appointment. The owner - Mike- insisted that because he had to order parts I should plan on leaving it overnight. I told him - Ok but- I had to be finished by 4 PM on Thursday since i had to be in another part of the state for business on Friday. The initial estimate was fine and was accurate to what needed to be done according to my research on the problems and the symptoms. The final bill came in a bit higher but they had completed all the repairs, the van drove smoothly and perfectly for the first time in months !! I am elated. I had been in a Mercedes Benz dealership earlier to get the same things done and they wanted over $2,000 more and most of that was for the wrong stuff anyway. I highly recommend Westport Autohouse and plan to use them every time I need a repair in the future. Tim B.

We all know how hard it is to find trustworthy business people today who are genuinely concerned with your satisfaction, but these guys are the real deal! I've been a customer for several years and don't have to concern myself with wondering if I'm being given the right diagnosis or solution to the problem. It makes all the difference. I have been going here for nearly 10 years now. Mike has always been honest, up front and fair. He lets me know what needs to be done right away, what doesn't need to be done now but will need to be done eventually, and what doesn't need to be done but that I might consider. He knows my financial situation and bases his suggestions around that. I can't recommend him strongly enough. Even though I no longer live in the Tower Grove area, I've kept him as my primary mechanic for nearly all my car needs.

Took my car for inspection,the inspector made up new rules to fail my car. And they wanted to charge 235$ for unneeded repairs took d car for a different inspector d car passed no problem. DO GO THERE, Worse place

Watch these guys! They aren't as nice as they come off to be! I once took my vehicle in for an oil change, and they told me that my Manifold was cracked and needed replaced. They wanted over $300. I went to have it done somewhere else cheaper, and found out that there was NOT a crack in my manifold! The bracket that holds the muffler on my truck broke. Instead of them properly fixing it, they instead used a piece of wire to hold it up and charged me $85. A week later the wire broke, and THEN they actually got the replacement bracket for it, and still charged me another $50. Please note, I did not know that they just used wire the first time! That was a very expensive wire! IF you need an oil change, and inspection is fine, but I would go elsewhere for anything else. They seem to be too interested in drinking the beer in the back than doing their job properly. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Great people work here. I took in an old 1972 351C block because of some stuck bolts I couldn't get with my tools at home. They got it off with no problem, they didn't charge me for anything. I had planned on paying for the use of the tool and a few minutes but they wouldnt let me. Definitely where I am taking my business from now on.

Hi-Tech Automotive Is a Cut above the Other Shops in Missouri! First Class Service Advisor Tony Took Care of My Son Matthew and My BMW like we were family! I was over 2500 miles away - But Tony Made sure to keep me up to date with everything We needed done. *RACIST* STAY AWAY if you respect yourself and your fellow man. My former employers are legitimate racist people. I recently quit (Thank GOD). What really sparked me wanting to quit was one evening I walked in on TABTATHA finishing the sentence "AND that is why I hate N****RS, then she attempted to justify it by saying, thats not my only prejudice btw". Well presumably then her husband GREG, the master mechanic up there is also racist. They also treat their employees like shit, expecting people to work 10 straight hours, without on the clock breaks, lunch is off the clock if you so choose. But don't mess anything up, bc then Greg, the "master" who thinks himself to be without fault, will berate and demean those who do mess up, even when they own it. (I actually never wrecked, or broke anything, but yet after I quit I was all of a sudden terrible at my job, even though the month prior I was given a raise for "not having any issues or cars returning or complaints" Tabs words, not mine. Also had to keep me finding a new job a secret because they will fire you if they find you are looking form employment elsewhere. Well guess what, the internet is a bitch and last forever.
