Oil change service near Lake Zurich, IL

The worst service I've ever experience here among the Jiffly Lube locations. Employees are ok with their assignments. But the manager was terrible in dealing with customers. He was rude, not making an effort to understand customers' need, completely imcompetence to address questions. This location will lose my business permanently. Not only that, I'll be very careful in giving my business to other Jiffly Lube locations. I have been using the Jiffy Lube at Hanover Park for many years with my multiple vehicles. I'll have to look elsewhere for my business.

went in for a oil change . Came out with my brake pedal to the floor. They told me they didn`t touch brakes, I watched them DAMAGE my brakes . Had a guy up on lift pushing on brake pedal. Worse part I have been a loyal customer for years.

I stopped at the place to check loud noise seemingly coming from my tires, but after a "dedicated" checkup i was given a quote for 960$. The Problem was both my front wheel bearings, they said. The price of each bearing without the labor was over 300, the guy told me. I took the car elsewhere and they fixed it for 250$ with labor. Apparently it was left rear bearing that was wrong, not the two front ones as they told me in Cassidy Tire and service. I replaced my rear bearing and the car is running like new. IF there was a place to upload pictures i would upload the quote i got from Cassidy Tire and Service and the place that i actually fixed my car in. How can a licensed mechanic tell me two of my front wheel bearings are bad, when actually it was a rear ? I'm so glad i didn't fix my car there and i advising everyone i know to do the same

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. Came here with my classic Mercedes. It had a hole in the exhaust system. They were all ready for my 830 appointment. The manager was kind enough to point out where the hole in the exhaust pipe was and welded in a new pipe. It solved the problem. Everything went very timely, promptly & efficiently. Job well done. I highly recommend the place.
