Exhaust
Came here with my classic Mercedes. It had a hole in the exhaust system. They were all ready for my 830 appointment. The manager was kind enough to point out where the hole in the exhaust pipe was and welded in a new pipe. It solved the problem. Everything went very timely, promptly & efficiently. Job well done. I highly recommend the place.

Window
Got home, tried to close my driver window, no response. It was about 4:30 on a Friday. Drove to Meineke (a friend suggested them). I'd never been to them before. I explained the problem, the manager said they could fix it, and gave me a price range. I was not getting paid until Monday, so I didn't have the money to get it repaired, but was distressed because I live in an apartment, and was concerned about leaving my window open for the weekend. The manager suggested I apply for a Meineke charge card. I did, got credit (6 months no interest), plus he gave me a discount on the cost of the repair. They normally close at 6:00 p.m., but had to stay until about 6:45 to finish the repair. You better believe I'll not only be going back to them again, I'm telling everyone I know about how wonderful they were. Even the gal at the counter engaged me in a conversation, and made it clear it was no problem for them to stay later (they open at 7:00 a.m., but are there early). What a pleasant experience. I can't remember a car repair being so pleasant! Thank you for being human.

Oil change
Went here to get an oil change since I got a coupon from the grocery store for them. While waiting for my car, I just read a couple of magazines and listened to their conversations with customers. They were nice and friendly. A customer brought them donuts and they were kind enough to ask if I wanted one. Anyways, when the car was almost done they told me about my car's brakes and transmission fluid.. no surprise there... that's what the dealership said on my previous oil change. They weren't pushy about it. Will probably go back here for my next oil change and depending on the pricing the other two services too.

Tire Rotation
Called at 10:10 a.m. At 11:10 a.m. I was leaving after receiving a 4 tire rotation, top off all fluids, oil/filter change and a bonus of 4 months free emergency roadside. HIGHLY recommend. (Nice guys, too)
