Recently had my '06 F150 repaired by Tony. I highly recommend Tony for repairs to 5.4 Triton engines. My engine developed the now famous Ford Triton "tick". Tony gave me all my options and fixed the problem. The charges were very reasonable. Great job, thanks Tony

What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!

Alternator took a dump, found this mechanic shop in Plainfield, IL, near me, towed it in and bam got lucky left 3 hours later. This Plainfield auto repair shop is on top of their game. Thanks for getting me in and back on the road so quick and cost effectively.

I took my car in not knowing what to expect after my daughter had hit a curb hard and also noticing weird noises coming from my fairly newly bought used car. 59 Auto took it right in and fixed it very quickly and it didn't cost nearly as much as I had feared. I was very pleasantly surprised.

I own Douglas Automotive Repair Inc and am sorry you experienced some quality issues with our shop. I am a certified technician and have been for 35 years. We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. wish I could give no stars or negative stars. What a joke this place was. First I pulled up andthe guy says we are doing full synthetic right. Umm no doesn't require it is my response. Then he says I need dexos since it's a newer cadillac ok fine whatever. (This being my first oil change since I bought the car). I ended up paying 72 bucks for the oil change which after some research is about the normal price. What I don't like is when I see oil finger prints on the grill of my car, them it's on the plastic trim along the outside of my door which doesn't come of easily. I open the door and there is oil ALL over the leather on the inside of my door. I had to sit here and point it out to these kids. Finally talked to the manager and he gave me there extreme 11 buck car wash which he said had something in it that wouldn't leave white water marks on my car when it dried. Well guess what my car is peppered with dried white water marks. So I wouldn't suggest buying there wash either. The icing on the cake was when I just got back in my car the oil change sticker for next time is upside down on my window. REALLY!!! this is just PURE laziness the manager excuse for all of this was these guys make minimum wage. So all in all I would rather pay someone else double to change my oil PLEASE DRIVE PAST THIS PLACE. I will also be posting this on other review sites.
