I found that Bob is one of the most honest mechanics that has worked on my car. That is one reason, I will return to him to work on my car. The other, which is also important, I am very satisfied with the work he has done. I will be returning to him when I need additional repairs.

This is by far the worst company I have ever come across. They are incompetent, ignorant, thieves. They now have $1400 dollars of ours and our truck is still not fixed. They gave it back to me three times, each time never fixing the problem. On the fourth try they actually thought they were going to get some more money out of me. After paying $1400 for them to tear apart a trans case that wasn't necessary they expected me to pay for the correct part. The total cost to repair my truck in reality should have been well under $300 including parts. They took $1400 and had my car for three weeks, only to have nothing repaired at all. I honestly don't know how people like this sleep at night. I would be more than happy to get in on a class action law suit with anyone who is interested. This guy needs to be stopped. If you have had a successful claim with the BBB please let me know. That will be my next step. Pass the word on before they rob one of your friends or family members. I can't say enough good things about the Great service they offer every time I am in.
