We were on our way to Chicago earlier this week when we got stuck in a traffic jam. A woman working at a local restaurant noticed that our car was leaking oil. KAR service was close to the train station, so we brought it in and explained our situation. We were able to leave our vehicle with KAR; walk to the train station and go have our mini-vacation while KAR fixed our car up. The man we spoke with was polite and worked with our situation. When we got back from Chicago we simply walked back to KAR and picked up our vehicle. Great customer service that helped make the best of a bad situation.

Jamal(Store manager) is one the biggest crookes in the automotive industry who takes advantage of unknowing customers .Not only is he very unprofessional but also marking up prices over 5 times what they cost.My mom went there and was charged $4000 dollars for under $2000 in work (had a dealership and 2 independent shops verify this by a second opinion and quote ).Not only that but Jamal charged for parts that were not even changed .When he was confronted on his shady borderline criminal actions he became very belligerent and rude !! Escalated to corporate (bill Gallagher) who I was assured would return the call that day and he took a week to just call back !!with no solution to these obvious issues!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!

I am a 65 year old Grandmother from North Carolina who was traveling with her daughter-in-law to Joliet, Ill. for a wedding on Sept. 6, 2014. A "Low tire pressure" signal showed on her Chevy HHR on the way to the wedding and we were directed to NTB by her uncle - who owns a tire business in Middletown, Ohio. I was advised by the tech that if the tire could be repaired, it would be about $25.00. I waited only a very short time for the evaluation and repair before I was ready to return the wedding festivities. Everyone was so nice and they sent me on my way without charging me anything (Out-of-State courtesy!) Best customer service anyone could ask for...they now have a customer for life. Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family!
