I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! WE TOOK ARE CAR TO THIS CENTER, AND WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO WORK WITH, THESE GUYS ARE THE REAL DEAL. THEY CHECK THE CAR OUT FOR FREE AND TOLD US THAT THE PRESSURE IN THE TRANS WAS THE PROBLEM. WE HAVE A 1998 BUICK AND IT SHIFTED VERY HARD AND LATE ON THE 1/2 SHIFT, PUT A SCANNER ON THE CAR AND TOLD US HOW LONG IT HAD BEEN GOING ON AND WHAT KIND OF DAMAGE IT CAN CAUSE. DROPPED THE PAN AND FOUND METAL AND CLUTCH MATERIAL IN PAN, AND TOLD US WE DIDN'T OWE THEM A DIME. WELL WE WANTED TO FIX THE CAR AND THEY CAME RIGHT IN THE PRICE RANGE, PLUS FIXED THE SWAY BAR LINKS WITH NO LABOR CHARGE, JUST PAID FOR THE PARTS. GAVE US A 12MONTH/ 12,000 WARRANTY. HAD US COME BACK IN A WEEK AND CHECK THE CAR OVER. DON'T THINK THIS CAR EVER SHIFT LIKE THIS, JOB DONE RIGHT AND ON TIME, 3 DAYS. THANK YOU MR TRANSMISSION, JOHN AND STAFF. I have had my car serviced there several times. Anthony has always been accommodating and very thorough. Explains what the problem was, how they fixed it, and what I might do to prevent it in the future. All at a very acceptable price.
