Owner Bryan Newell is a stand up owner and a stand up man. It is a rare occurrence to have a shop owner willingly acknowledge that an error occurred in their shop and then take responsibility for it. Bryan represents auto repair shops and Walcott, IA in an amazing way. Traveling in late June of 2017, we had to stop for a new alternator in Walcott, IA. After Newell's completed the repair in short order, due to a short time frame, we were on our way. Eight hours later, we had to pull over and get the car back in a shop. Bryan apologized and took responsibility for the situation and the shop fees to correct the situation. We were amazed by Bryan!
