I have always had great experiences with the work and staff and Spirit One. However, the labor cost felt high to me the last time I took my car in and unnecessarily long for the work being done. I had a battery replaced, oil change and new wiper blades put in. I was charged $250 dolllar in labor costs. While I trust the work being done on my car is high quality, the cost of having the work done is unreasonable. I will be looking for another shop to use in the future.

I took my car in to get the brake calipers inspected because I kinda knew what was wrong. Well they stated I needed brakes and rotors all around, and a right rear caliper. They wanted so much money for it all that I asked just for the caliper to be replaced and the guy told me No I had to get it all done or it was gonna be a liability to their Shop which is totally not true! They just wanted that $1600 for brakes and rotors which is ridiculously high. Took my car somewhere else and my front brakes didn't even need changing.

I took my car here and the guys were able to tell me very quickly what was wrong after I had taken it to 3 other shops who could not figure the problem out.

I want to thank everyone at North Belt automotive for doing a great job on my car. They were really fast and professional I brought my car into the shop at 4:40pm Friday(the shop closes at 5). They allowed me to wait inside with my toddler son until my ride came, which unfortunately was running late. They called me by 11:30 Saturday evening. If you needed anything done to your car I would definitely prefer this place!! -Arika Ellis

I am so very thankful to have found Mr. Meixner and his exceptional crew of expert mechanics! In the last four years I have had to bring my truck into their shop for repairs three different times. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and the speed and efficiency with which the jobs are completed is astounding. The job has always been done correctly the first time. My only regret is that I have waited so long to express my gratitude in writing. If you are looking for honest and dependable work, look no further. Brought car in for brake repair estimate and received nothing but heartache. Estimate was very high and shop admitted additional damage done on unrelated brake components while doing inspection to fix minor brake repair. Shop refused to fix damage caused during inspection upon learning I had decided not to have Meineke complete any repairs needed. Brought car to another repair shop and fixed ALL work, including damage done by Meineke during inspection, at half of Meineke's original estimate to fix car. Filed to BBB ---case is pending. STAY AWAY and save yourself time and pain.

Best place to bring your car, I have a $90,000 BMW and trust these guy 100%. I walk in I get treated with respect, everything is very well explained and they are very cautious with my car....love this place!! They have one of the best welder s I have seen...flawless welds!!

Horrible service did terrible welds used a smaller pipe than the original to connect two pipes that don't even fit. don't take your car here waste of time. Blamed engine mounts when they had been replaced and are within spec. When the entire job in the first place was bad. Refused to fix it and kicked me off the property. You can see in the photos the welds had holes in it to begin with. Absolutely unbelievable
