Went in for simple tire balance and rotation. Ask the technician to check the air pressure and fill to 35 lbs. He did not do it. Had to return to get that done. Now I don't know if they even rotated the tires or not. Guess I will have to start marking the tires to make sure they do the job.

I paid almost $2000 for a brake job! 1. Later brake parts were on recall - replaced!! 2. Brake lights kept coming on. Found contaminated brake fluid!!! 3. Brake light on continuously. Back brakes leaked fluid! Master cylinder was empty when I got to Plaza Tire. Technician said I was lucky!!!! 4. Four attempts and I am worried about the Fifth time....!!!!!

I've always been extremely satisfied with the service and price at Plaza tire. My last visit was no exception. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I tried to remove a front wheel to inspect the brakes and the lug nuts were so tight I could not loosen them even with a 2 ft pipe on the lug wrench. The wrench started to bend so I had to take it in. If I would have had a flat tire out in a remote area I would have had a real problem. Please train your shop guys on proper torque for lug nuts.

I had walked out of work to a flat tire and drove to the nearest gas station to see that it had 2 nails. Drove next door to Plaza tire and they were not able to just plug them due to location of the nails. This was at 5 and they closed at 530. The gentleman helping me offered to have them put my spare on but then showed me how bald my front tires where. The decision to replace all 4 at the point was made and they did it right then and their. Truly appreciated their assistance and quick but great service!

Steering wheel was off center. Got an alignment and that fixed it. I had an appt and was told it would take an hour but it was 2 1/2 hours. They did a great job though and got me in pretty quick.

I needed emissions because I was past due on my license renewal. They told me to just come in early when the technicians first arrive. They may be able to fit me in before their first appointments. I let them know that I needed them put on by a certain time my son was in school, and I had to be there to get him, the man drove me home after I dropped off my car and picked me up in time to pick up my car. I needed an emissions test done for license application. Thankfully, someone mentioned that you do these. Since you are just a few streets away, I scheduled an appointment to have this done and was very happy I did. It hardly took any time and one of the men told me how happy I would be with our new Arnold License Office. He was so correct! The new License Office is efficient, friendly and has easy parking.

I have been a customer of Plaza since 2007. Between my three cars, my three children, and my mom, Plaza Tire has been where we have done our business. Terry and the guys up front do a great job of rapport building and working with customers to get them what they want, while teaching them about what they are buying. I feel that the disconnect is between the front and the back. Your website states that you can purchase tires and get them installed in back on the road in 1 hour. I have dropped my car off at 7:30am on a Saturday and have been called at 4:30 (closing time) that it is just going into the shop. I understand that it is just rotate and balance(warranty work) and that paying customers are most likely going to be priority, but it used to be a couple of hours, and the Arnold location has expanded with more bays. I have noticed that on social media Plaza Tire is really starting to get alot of bad reviews, just yesterday I saw someone post something very negative about the one in Festus. I know that workforce is a major issue, and I personally dont have any plans to find another shop myself unless things get worse, I feel Plaza needs to start listening to what is going on around them and worrying about the future of this business, repeat customers is an absolute necessity for any business, and I see Discount Tire centers popping up everywhere on top of all of your other competitors.

Repaired tire that Sams said was not fixable. Wanted to sell me a new tire. I did not agree so went to Plaza and got a good repair.

I've always received good, honest service from the team at Arnold location. Even as a walk in and no guarantee of getting service done, they found a way to accommodate us. They also helped diagnose a problem that our dealer was having trouble figuring out.

My car had a flat and the tire just needed plugged. I called around and it was going to be about 1 to 2 weeks to get the tire fixed. Drove to your establishment in Arnold and Terry told me that it would be about 1 to 2 hours and you can have it. It was great, everybody there was very friendly and kind and will start doing business with him for all my car needs. A+ all around.

I waited longer than the “one hour “ guarantee for four tires. I came in needing 2 front tires and asked them to check 2 back tires. I assume if I told them 4 tires initially, maybe I wouldn’t have waited beyond the “one hour” guarantee.

Took in two vehicles for new sets of tires. Car 1: Was told a lug nut on one car broke and we'd have to pay to replace it. We were originally told they wouldn't be able to do the replacement that day and we'd have to bring the car back the following Monday morning. On Monday morning, we called before coming in and was told they don't have the replacement piece. Called back on Tuesday and spoke with a different employee who told us they don't have the part but it can be ordered and received the same day...then why wasn't that done the first day? Frustrated, we took the car elsewhere and had the piece replaced in just a couple hours. Car 2: Drove fine when we took it in for a new set of tires. We get a call telling us the rod is broken and the spindle is cracked and we'd have to pay to repair it. Plaza Tire was unable to even give us an estimate of what the cost would be. We decided to take it to our mechanic (same place as Car #1). He said it looked like the rod had been over-tightned and caused the break/crack. Again, did Plaza Tire cause this and not take responsibility? It drove fine before we took it to Plaza, but when we picked it up, it was obvious something was wrong. So, it's difficult to believe this was a preexisting problem. It's so hard to trust anyone with car repairs anymore and we just came away from this with a bad taste in our mouth. At the very least, they gave us the runaround for days with both vehicles, while another mechanic was able to take care of both issues in one day. We will probably not return to Plaza.

I was with Firestone for 30 years and thought they were great. Then I found Plaza Tire. I was looking for new tires and did some shopping. Plaza beat Firestone so I went with them. And I have been with them ever since. Great people (Terry) and great service.

My car had a bolt in the tire, it was super easy to drop off the car, to get fixed. They fixed the tire called me when it was finished made it super simple!

I had a major brake problem and the first diagnosis was incorrect, however, the staff, although extremely busy, assured me they would have me fixed and on my way as quickly as possible. They completed the work and I was on my way with operating brakes. Nice!

I suspected I had brake issues. On inspection, Mechanic stated I had 80 Plus % of my pads remaining. Keep an eye / feel one pedal and report back if any anomalies surface again. No brakes needed. I had to replace a tire and get brakes. I was only going to replace the front, at this time, because I only heard the front rubbing. Was going to come back in a week with next paycheck. But they went ahead and put them on and I couldn't pay. They worked with me and allowed me to come back in two days, when I could pay. Awesome folks. Great workers. My car never seems to fully get corrected and I’m just not sure what the problem is with it and I’m just trying not to start thinking that it’s your staff’s fault because they don’t seem too concerned about my vehicle whe. Fortunately, for me, it was just low pressure caused by the cold weather and there were no leaks. The staff was very courteous and pleasant. My car kept saying "low tire pressure" even after putting air in all tires. Went back next day and they found a small piece of metal in one of the tires but not so bad as to have to buy a new tire. Fixed within 30 min. and no charge since I bought a new tire there 8 or more months ago. Very capable, courteous and friendly people.

Was due for a tire rotation. Called to make an appointment, and was told to come on in and they would be able to take care of it right away. Drove in and was done in just a few minutes. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating was that they failed to equalize the pressure in each tire, but I easily took care of that at home. Overall a great service .

My previous visit was not a good one. My most recent visit was great. I had purchased tires on my previous visit and dropped my truck off in the morning. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready until after the store closed, and they didn't even do the alignment. There were three people in front of me picking up their vehicles and they were not happy at all. The counter person( He's worked there for quite awhile, and I won't mention his name, but it starts with G ) should not be dealing with customers. My most recent visit was great because Terry was working the counter. He was very friendly and respectful of my time. My tire rotation was completed in the time that I was told.

I needed 4 new tires. Got there at 8:45. Said it would be 45 mins before my car was started. Then it would take an hour. Left the place at 11:30am. The workers are unfriendly and act like they hate their jobs. No customer service at all. No updates. You’re just left sitting there while they try to not look at anyone or make eye contact. I will not be going back there unless it’s a last resort!

They overtightened all of the lug nuts on my vehicle... two lug nuts were damaged when they over tightened and removed them. They replaced the damaged items with three non matching lug nuts. (and didnt charge for parts or labor) Overall Im satisified but wish I wouldnt have had to come back a second time to have them fix a problem that they created.

I brought my 2016 Honda CR-V for a routine tire rotation. Turns out I needed new cambers because Honda put non adjustable cambers on so I could not get a proper wheel alignment. Cambers were $50 each andI got charged $175.00 each which seems like a HUGE mark up. Then, they charged me $99 per wheel for the alignment when I already pay for the road protection package. THEN, they charged me $135 an hour labor to install the new cambers. I basically feel that I got overcharged for the entire service. I would like some credit back. Call me: 314-650-6671

I was on my way with a 12 hour drive back home to Texas when I noticed that one of my tires had low air pressure. Not being from the area I located them on my phone and they were honest saying it would take about an hour before they could get to it. They were right on point and I was completely satisfied. Before using Plaza Tire Service I had called 3 other locations and everyone was either too busy or shorthanded of people. I was glad that I found a competent and professional company to get me going on my way. Plaza Tire Service did a great job for me.

I dropped off my vehicle at about 9am. I was told that there were 6 people ahead of me. They asked if I wanted to stay or leave it. I chose to leave it. I came back at about 4:45 and it still wasn't done. As I was waiting for it, there were at least 4 other customers that were very upset with the service that they received. My vehicle was finally finished around 5:45, which is past closing time. I was told that I would have to bring it back because they didn't get to the front end alignment. I wouldn't be able to bring it back until 11:00 the next day. I was told that they would get me in when they could. You would think they would get me in as soon as I walked in the door since they didn't complete the work the day before. I've been using this location for years. Since I have new tires, I will have to go back for tire rotations, but I doubt I will ever go back for anything else. I'm just not happy with the current personnel. There was a manager years ago ( can't remember his name ) glasses and big thick mustache. I would assume that he retired. He was a people person and seemed to handle everything just fine. Terrible communication, when I asked how long it would be for a simple Mount and balance of 4 brand new tires I had ready to mount in my car, the guy on the phone told me an hour and 1/2 max. I asked again just to confirm the time he told me was accurate and he confirmed. The plaza tire in Festus where I live sucks so I gave Arnold a try. Bad mistake. Wasted a half hour drive only to sit and wait hours after I told them where i parked and repeated, I’m waiting in the store, please don’t forget about me. After over 2 hours passed, I asked how much longer on my vehicle when I peaked outside I seen it never moved yet. The confused guy behind the counter was stunned that I was asking such a question and said most likely it will be done by the end of the day. Keep in mind, I brought it in at 9:50 am. End of the day is 5pm. I said oh hell no, you guys have zero communication, trash customer service and hostile work environment. Got my keys and stormed out. Should have listened to the trash reviews on Yelp. Found an awesome mom and pop tire shop called Kennedy Tire in Festus. I recommend anyone to them. Fast professional and great pricing. Big corporations like plaza absolutely suck and I will never, ever give them a second chance stay far far away from this dump hole.

Lightning-fast install! The tires ordered were the wrong size but useable. 245 40 r19 were ordered and installed instead of 225 40 R19 tires as requested (225 40 R19 was also the tiresize of the tires being replaced). This did have the unexpected consequence of changing my speedometer reading, but only by a couple percent. I would use Plaza again; I would just need conformation of the tire size before allowing the install.

I picked a rough day to get my tires rotated as two tire guys called in sick. There was way too much waiting time so was finally able to get in late afternoon to get the job done. However they forgot to change my rotation sticker and did not check air in the tires after rotation. I had to get air the next day as my light came on. One of my tires was low.

If I could give higher than 5 stars for customer service I would. I had a unrepairable flat and came in 15 minutes before close, they generously offered to stay late(no extra charge) to put new tire on my car so that I was able to make it in to work at the hospitals surgery center the next day. It wasnt a crisis, although it was my own personal emergency and they came through with flying colors. They have earned my business for life!!! Thank you Plaza Tire!

Went in for an alignment and tire rotation, discovered that my TPMS Sensor was bad, Mick called me with an estimate, fixed the problem which also needed the system to be reset or reprogrammed, nonetheless, one stop fixed it all. Took tire down to get replaced. Tech said bring back tomorrow. Because he didn't have the tire. Next day called and tech said oh we didn't get tire. He said come back tomorrow. I didn't go back I just went somewhere else. My tire was about to blow and was a front tire. I have front wheel drive. My tire package was 6 years old anyway. Will not get tire package again. Will most likely not go back to plaza tire. Sad about that too. My daughter had a bad experience there to, not that long ago. Her side mirror got busted and oil on her driver seat cream seat. Sucks

My rims were damaged in this purchase and I went to talk to the shop and showed them pics and I was told it was curb rash. I had just purchased this car and it had no scratches on the rims. I had always had a good experience in this shop and have bought a few sets of tires through them. Very disappointed that I was told that it was not possible that my rims was damaged here and told that by the manager. It may not mean much to them but wanted to give my business to a family owned company . a Very Disappointed and a non returning customer!!

On my trucks first tire rotation after tire purchase the mechanic striped out the bolt holes that retain the wheel center caps on 2 wheels, causing the caps to fall off,it took over a month for them to get my truck back in to correct the mistake, then they ordered the wrong parts 3 times causing me to miss work 3 times,I wound up finding the correct parts and installing them myself, I will not return to that store again after being a customer there for several years, when I talked to the service manager when trying to get my truck fixed he acted as if it was no big deal when in fact the mistake cost me approx $600 in lost wages.

I took my Jeep in for new brakes and shocks, as well as installation of a dual stabilizer. I’ve had “death wobble”issues for a long time and nobody had been able to solve it, but this time Gary suggested a dual stabilizer along with tightening up of the tie rod and 2 weeks later so sat so good!!! Great help from Gary to really look into the issue as well as awesome mechanical work from Ricky! Thx guys!!!

In the past 3 years I have used Plaza (Arnold) twice, and spent roughly $2k with them. I haven't been upset with them yet so one should assume they've done good work (Really good work). November of 2018 I put 225/65/17 Yokohama Geolander GO15s on my Jeep and November 2021 I put 225/65/17 Falken Wildpeak AT3W's on the Renegade. Both sets from Plaza (Arnold). I purchased a expensive set of tires at plaza tire in Arnold, mo. For my truck, and on the first tire rotation the mechanic striped the screws holding on my center caps causing them to fall off after I picked up my truck, after waiting approx.6 weeks for the replacements to get to the store, I dropped off my truck for the needed repair of re taping my wheels to install the new center caps, my truck has been there for 3 days and every time I call to see if its ready they tell me they haven't got to it yet, this should be top priority since they caused the problem,I need my truck for my job and I had to rent a vehicle because of their negligence, I will never do business at plaza tire again after this experience,I will have to sacrifice the tire rotations and balancing that I paid additional money for because I can't trust them to not damage my truck.

Dropped vehicle off on monday morning 8AM. Called at end of day to check. Got a sob story that 2 people had called in so they asked to keep it and do next day. Didnt hear from them all day so called at 330pm and they still hadn't touched my vehicle. I told them it need to be done today.i had to call them back at 515 to see if my truck was ready. Which they did finally get it done. I'm a reasonable person and gave them the benefit of doubt on monday but my vehicle should have been done first thing teus. I guess that's what you get for being g accommodating. No problems with the work just need better customer service.

I called first, then dropped off the car. Left instructions to call me when it was done. I use this place all the time, so as usual, I left my business card with my cell phone number on it. No call all day. At 5:45 when I realized that they had not called me I called. No answer as they were closed. I had to make other arrangements to get home. Finally called me the next day. I could not get the car as I had to drive my other car to work. Had to make a special trip to go get the car. Usually, service there is at least average or better.
