I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

This is a very convenient location for me,and my family has used Frank's for years. The service is great and the prices are always on point. I really like being able to drop off my car, then walk across the street and catch the metra into work.

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!!
