Needed a transfer case replaced. They were the only shop that would attempt to see if they could fix / replace due to the car being a 2002. The work took several weeks to complete. Took the car home and found some issues that were overlooked. Took the car back and they fixed the main issue no charge . Had an additional matter that was not initially covered but I worked with the owner Stephen and he made things right. The vehicle is now fixed and working properly.

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I brought the car there as a friend goes there . I had it at 3 other shops that they could not find the problem . they were very friendly as I came in they told me that there would be a 125 diagnostic charge that I agreed to. they called me back 2 hours later and found the problem that was faired priced . I also had other work done that I requested. I picked up the car the same day and it ran better than I ever remembered. all the techs have been there for 10 to 20 years and were all asc certified which made me feel good.the shop is the most cleanest place I ever been to .I will always go back and tell my friends....
