We are a family owned and operated Auto Body shop located in Arlington Heights, IL. We have been servicing the area for over 18 years and pride ourselves on providing the best quality collision repair in the area. We are a independent shop that works with almost all insurance agencies. Rental cars are available at our shop through your preferred rental car provider. I was having a intermitant brake problem 2 other shops where not able to figure out. The guys at rk auto got it figured out on my first visit. It ended up not even being my brakes, but instead a faulty axle causing my antilock brakes to come on at slow speeds sometimes. Very happy with repair & price.

I own Douglas Automotive Repair Inc and am sorry you experienced some quality issues with our shop. I am a certified technician and have been for 35 years. We always use high quality parts in our repairs; through the years we’ve been in business we’ve found that it just doesn’t pay to use lower quality parts unless it’s a customer request to keep costs down. We did have a period where we were having employee quality issues, but have since resolved those. It’s very unfortunate that it impacted some of our customers as we worked through it. What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!
