I needed a new flex pipe welded into my exhaust on my small car, and swung by to see if they could take care of it. I explained that I only had 45 minutes and could come back the next day if that wasn't enough time. They said they could get it done quickly. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a new (quiet!) flex pipe in my exhaust. That was over 6 months ago and the weld is still in great shape so I know they didn't just do a quick sloppy job. These guys were friendly, professional, and gave 110% fantastic client service. I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court.
