I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court. I was having a intermitant brake problem 2 other shops where not able to figure out. The guys at rk auto got it figured out on my first visit. It ended up not even being my brakes, but instead a faulty axle causing my antilock brakes to come on at slow speeds sometimes. Very happy with repair & price.
