KS Autocare performed a detailed inspection of my car, during which it was discovered there were multiple problems. While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Hollywood has reasonable prices, plus the staff is super helpful. Joe and his guys do a great job of serving cars. Plus, they have a full auto parts store attached to the garage, so you know they're going to have a part when you need it.
