What a joke went back for the same problem four times! first it was battery, then alternator, then wiring then we don't know! Go to the dealer! I spent 2000.00 and my car keeps stalling ?!?!?! I went to the dealer and spent a whole 98.00 and car has been fine.I will never ever go back to marco and would suggest everyone do the same this guys are terrible!

Stopped in to get the lug nuts on two tires that were to tight to get off at home. They snapped off two lugs. OK that's fine because they were over tightened in the first place. But to charge $20 for no real service is beyond crazy. Please avoid if you don't want to be overcharged. Not a good way to do business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I needed a new flex pipe welded into my exhaust on my small car, and swung by to see if they could take care of it. I explained that I only had 45 minutes and could come back the next day if that wasn't enough time. They said they could get it done quickly. 20 minutes later I was driving away with a new (quiet!) flex pipe in my exhaust. That was over 6 months ago and the weld is still in great shape so I know they didn't just do a quick sloppy job. These guys were friendly, professional, and gave 110% fantastic client service. I'll definitely go back!

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

I had brought my vehicle into meineke on september 24,2012 and it was a amazing experience. I have had the oddest symptom of when i hit my brakes the right rear reverse light would light up and when i would use the right turn signal it would flash the brake light. I had brought my vehicle to 4 "top notch"diagnosticians" in Mchenry county for my s-10. At a very fair charge of 35 dollars their ASE certified technician Dustin looked over the entire care first to make sure it was safe and maintained,which I appreciated very much. Because of this inspection he had caught that my front brakes where with in miles of grinding and I had no wear indicator on the pads and he saved my rotor and money. Not only this but he did it at a fair price and more importantly correctly. he also found that i had a exhaust hole before my catalytic and 02 sensor which gave me no code but had explained why my vehicle was running odd with no check engine light which he repaired easily. What I was most impressed with is that out of 4 other shops trying to find this electrical problem Dustin looked at my brake light and found and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. All it was is a ground wire to the frame that was corroded and he tells me it was using any ground available which after a new crimp and a clean mount my turn signal,back up lights and brakes all worked just like new. Not only this but they were as bright as they were suppose to be. I found out that The technicians Dave and Dustin are new to the company and also Meineke is also under new ownership and management. I will send all my friends and family her for life. They also showed me my maintenance intervals from a program call AL data,I think it was called, and he really took the time to give me the best of his ability of informed consent of why and when these should be done. The ONLY guys who work on my German autos. Tony Jr. is a class act who will give you the straight-up and a ride to the office if you work nearby. Sure they're a bit more expensive than the Midas shop around the corner, but you certainly get what you pay for...peace of mind!

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.
