Brake repair service near Stone Park, IL

I was stranded 50 miles from home and got my car towed here, I was a little nervous not knowing anything about the shop or the area. John was very nice and assured me that they would find out what was wrong, I wondered at what cost..The car was looked at and the cost was very reasonable, being a woman I was concerned they were going to try and overcharge me because I had no other option but to go there. Even though I live so far away I would definitely bring my car here again for service, a nice honest mechanic/repair shop is hard to find but this place rocked!

Fast friendly people there, they really take the time to explain how and why things happen to your car. I hate when I am forced to have work done on my car, but at least when I take it to Mark and his team, I know it gets done right and as soon as possible. They even offer you a free loaner car if the job is bigger or will take longer than expected. I have only needed it once so far, so I think they narrow down the problem pretty fast and get you back on the road. Their prices are very fair. A few times in the past I have wasted my time getting estimates at other places, just to end up back at GTM! Oh well, live and learn!

They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. I went to get my oil changed and the guy doing the oil change told me about my brakes he was vary nice took me in the shop and showed me what was wrong and why.The price i got was cheaper than anyone else i got new pads rotors and calipers serviced for under 200.00 the brakes have not gave me any problems.The mechanic did a great job now i bring all my cars to them.

Hayes has been around since the 80's my parents took their cars to them and now I do. They are straight forward and fair. I am never worried about what is being repaired as they keep me well informed and aware what is needed and when.
