Would not take their opinion on any recommended services. Get a second opinion elsewhere. I brought my car in and was told it was one thing wrong and they would fix the problem. Mind you I told the guy in the beginning “Hey I’m in the process of searching for a new car if this is the minor issue I’ll take care of it. So they take my car in. Next day get a call whatever work they said would take care of was finished but that didn’t solve it. So I’m like ok go ahead fix it! Next day get another call “Hey works finished but it’s still not resolved it’s your transmission but it’s still drivable. So I come in to get my car, pay for the service because I’m tired of the BS. I Drive off the lot my car is still horrible. Engine light is on! Had I have known from the so called diagnostic test and whatever other test that was performed that it was transmission I would’ve gotten a brand new car instead of paying over $1,400 worth of wasting my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last on earth. TAKE MY WORD.

I was verbally assaulted by the manager Adam here today so badly that I had to call the police and file a report. He must feel pretty good about himself bullying a woman so his car wash doesn't have to pay for the damage it's done to my car. Men keep your wives safe this man is dangerous. I've never been spoken to this way EVER! As a company you should be ashamed of yourselves for even allowing this man to be on site. I understand he's a repeat offender. I will spread the word as I hope no other woman or other gender ever has to experience what I did today.

I brought my 1975 Corvette to Darrel Hadley, owner of Master Tech in June 2010 to perform what should have been simple bumper cover replacement with paint.The job was estimated to take one week, and took 2 months to get it to a point of semi completion. Darrel also wanted additional monies for the work described further in this review. Additionally the car has the Master Tech induced issues listed below. Prior to writing this review, and removing my car from Master Tech I pointed out the issues to Darrel, and asked that they be rectified. He did not correct the issues and told me the work was acceptable to him. The issues are as follows: CORVETTE lettering mis aligned, Two Cracks in Fender, Various runs in paint, and what appears to be burns in paint on rear bumper from over buffing or not enough paint. AT this point the work performed by Master Tech will need to be redone and additional fender repair, and painting is necessary. Please be cautious if considering Master Tech Collision and Restoration.

I visited Detail Kings for my first time and I was blown away with the operation! There are 5 bays that detail professionals are working in. I had my 2002 mini van that was neglected for a while and was shocked at the results. The exterior paint shined like the day I bought it and the inside was spotless. I was so impressed at the service I received I booked another appointment for my car and have been telling everyone I know about the wonderful work the Detail Kings performs.

You turned out the lights and closed the pump on me as I was finishing up at 11:15pm. My receipt didn't print. I had no idea you weren't a 24 hour facility. There are no signs to indicate this. Your night manager should've either waited until I pulled away or put up cones to indicate that the pumps were closed. This was extremely rude of him and scary for me, as I was not yet back inside my car. Think through your closing procedures. Your last customer of the day is just as important as your first customer.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. I never knew they are PERILLO SAAB I thought all SAAB dealerships went out of business. I know found my SAAB dealership. Thomas B. Chicago Il

WORST DEALER EVER. BOUNCH OF LIERS. I bough a truck here, I was promise all mechanical issues will be fixed. never did anything. the "general manager"? is a joke. The "owner"? he will come to you and assure everything will be fine just to gain your trust, and once you sign you are F#$%. I'd spent around 3000 fixing what their "mechanic" could not fix. By the way, the comment above from "sofia" I'm glad they fix you engine light, probably they disconnected. I saw this guy working, regular people. They have the knowledge needed to change a tire. I witnesses many people complaining about the poor mechanical condition of the car they bought, the sales guys specially the "general manger in sales" just ignore them. I wish I could sue this liars, but I spent my money fixing my truck.

I went to Koziol Car Wash earlier today and I got the $18.00 service but it wasen't worth it AT ALL! The package included a tire and wheel shine but they didnt even touch those! They were also supposed to clean and vaccum the whole car but they didnt even touch the back seat, which was very dirty. Don't even get me started on the spots of windex and dirt left on the dang dashboard! And the mats were still dirty and muddy and very wet! They even left fingerprints everywhere! They also didn't clean the dang trunk! And when you pick the Scent you want your car to smell like, I picked cherry but when I got into my car, all I smelled was WINDEX.! What a shame and waste of money! If I were you, I wouldn't ever come to Koziol Car Wash!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH! YOUR CAR WILL GET DAMAGED! I had my car washed here a couple days ago and the next day I got a ticket for missing a front license plate. I knew it had to have fallen off at the car wash. When I went to pick up my plate the attendant was looking through many, many other plates in a bag in their office. This happens a lot here. I got my plate back which had been ripped off by the wash with the bracket and all. I asked to be reimbursed for the $60 ticket I got and Ricky, the “person in charge”, started yelling at me that it wasn’t their fault. I asked him for the owner and he said he didn’t have to tell me. I’m out $60 for a missing license plate ticket, $30 for a new plate bracket and $7 for a car wash. If you know anyone missing a license plate and they went to this car wash, let them know that this place has hundreds of plates in their office! Washer beware!!!!

on 2/23/2018 I went into Auto Sound Barrier to get tint and lights put on my car... the lights were done perfect, but the tint was very bad. they Charge me $225 for the tint and $75 for the lights, which finding out he overcharged me for the lights. I brought that to there attention abt the tints, I was not satisfied, it had a lot of bubbles in the back window. he told me to come back in 5 days enough time for it to dry. I came back 2/27/2018. took off work early to get there, approach Senan the owner son. he told me to come back some other day. so I explain to him that his father and Nacho the guy installer told me to come back in 5 days . then he told me I had to make an appointment, while I'm explaining this to him 2 other people came in to get some work done that wasn't under know appointment, the same thing I did, I was a walk in. and at the same time, he put them in front of me and I was there first. I took off work early to handle that situation with my tint. he gonna tell me to get out the store after I ask to talk to his father. I heard this young man talk to customers like there garbage. I tried calling to talk to the owner he won't come to the phone and they keep telling me he ain't there. I talked to Nacho the installer and he even said Senan don't know how to talk to people. he's very rude. I still haven't got my window tint fixed
