I had a slight fender bender that did not break the grill; however, it broke the radiator and the check engine light came on. The car overheated on the way to court. This location was less than 1/4 mile away, so I stopped and took a chance. Worse mistake of my week. That is compared to being attacked and having to get stitches, having a fender bender, having to get a hotel and extend my stay and surviving a low-grade tornado that damaged the rental car. This still was the WORST experience. I was treated rudely, up charged for labor after they had my car for 5 days with no callbacks or updates even though I called them daily and was promised repeatedly to advise on what was done or needed. When I got the car back the check engine light was still on. When I inquired about it I was insulted by the owner who told me that the light was off when they finished with it but I picked it up 30 minutes after they closed from their receptionist LaTonya who I texted back to advise that the check engine light was still on and called the two numbers I had for Lawrence with no answer or response back from LaTonya or Lawrence A. Giles. The next day March 14, 2019 when I came back into the shop and began asking questions about the work that was done and upset that my car was running rough and the check engine light was still on I was advised by Lawrence that he understood why I was attacked as I didn't know when to be quiet and that he was doing me a favor. That confused me as he charged me $40.00 diagnostic, then $350.00 parts and labor then an additional $125.00 for additional labor. When I asked for a credit for the diagnostic fees because he did the work four times he finally gave me a $20.00 credit. When I admitted that it was my fault for choosing an unprofessional business that I had not researched due to my car overheating and his proximity to the court where I had an appointment. When I went out to speak with his technician Curtis to inquire what exactly he had done to my car and why the check engine light was on the owner Lawrence told me not to be out there harassing his worker. I was amazed that he felt he could charge me nearly $500.00 on a repair but did not expect me to ask any questions. When they put my car back on the diagnostic machine it indicated CO2 Sensor problems. Curtis cleared it and suggested that I drive the car to see if it came on again. In less than 6 miles the light was back on. I had to go to the dealership to get this car repaired properly. My car overheated and stopped on the dealership technician in less than 2 weeks after the repairs from Action Transmission. The dealership asked if the coolant was added and topped off due to them having to add coolant after the car overheated and stopped on them and if there was a warranty on the work I told them I would try to find out. When I texted to inquire about the warranty on the work done on my car that was never mentioned verbally or in writing I got no response. When I inquired if they filled the coolant like they charged me for I got no response. I will push this forward legally if necessary. My final word is BEWARE of this predator who has little respect for single females who have the audacity to ask questions about what they are paying for. This has been MY experience with this "business" and Lawrence A.Giles.

I found DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, a few months ago after searching for a place that did Paintless Dent Repair(PDR) north of Dallas. I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

I have been a client of this business since moving to Ft Worth in 2008. I often got the extra services they recommended (fuel and air filters, etc.) On Jan 17 of 2014, along with the oil change, they recommended an oil cleaner, as I have an older car (2000 Nissan Altima, 163,000 mi.) Wanting to extend the engine life, I agreed. They also said that the alternator bearings were making noise, and that it need replacing. No other noise was mentioned. Less than 50 miles later, the engine blew. All the mechanics I took the car (or consulted on the phone) said that they NEVER recommended oil cleaners for older cars. After two months without a car (getting groceries on foot), and after extensive research into the best used engines and mechanics who could install them, I again had running vehicle. $3000 +. I took the receipts by Shine and requested some compensation. I went back by and was informed that the cleaner could not have caused the problem, and was offered not even a car wash. If I could afford it, I would sue. As a senior dependent on SS, I cannot. Needless to say, I'll never be back.

09/02/2012 I took my truck to the carwash and bought the $12.00 carwash, after I vacumed my truck. I noticed that the front bumper was still very dirty and the side of my fender had grass clippings still on the side. I went back through the pay lane and and informed the attendant of the problem. A young man came over and I told him the same thing I told the attendant and he told me what did i expect from the car wash. I told him I expected a clean truck. As I tried to explain that the truck was not muddy or extremely dirty he talked over me and said you are not listening to me and proceeded to tell me that I need to tell his personnel to scrub the bumper and the side of the truck. I have never had problems with your carwash in the past and I was really shocked at the service I recieved.

I visited Tony's for the first time for a quick car wash because I wanted to find a place close to work that I could visit on a regular basis (vs. my regular car wash which is close to my home in Bedford). The car wash itself is what one would expect, however, the tear to the leather on my driver-side seat was not. (Please note that I’ve had my car less than 2 ½ weeks, still with dealer tags.) When I spoke to the manager about the damage, he checked with both of the men that serviced my car and both claimed that neither had anything in their pockets that would cause the damage. Then he played the video that showed one of the men climbing in to my car to drive it to the wash. The manager claimed that the video proved that his pockets were empty. That I can agree with --- but there was no proof as to what happened when either men were actually inside of the car. Needless to say, Tony’s claimed no liability and that the damage must have been there when I arrived. Finally, after much going back and forth, the manager took a photo of the damage, my name and number and said he would have the owner call me. 48 hours later, I’m still waiting on that call back…

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

Last week I went to wash my car as I have over the last 5 - 6 years. i recommended this carwash to my community members basd on their service on the entire compound. I was about to enter the car wash and one of the workers took the brush and broke off my jaguar emblem off the hood of my car. I have tried to get compensated for a replacedment and/or spea with the owner to no avail. The Manager (Mark) has continued to gve me the runaround for the last week. He and others are stating that because my emblem had rustunder the nood where the housing is located, they should not be liable. My advice to anyone that drives a car such as a Mercedes or Jaguar, DO NOT take your vehicle there because the staff is not responsible and/or professional enough to admit when they are at fault. I now have to seek legal representation to get a $200.00 part replaced due to their unresponsiveness.

Horrible customer service and the worst car wash in city. I involved the owner and he was just as rude as the cashier. I'll never go back. Save your money do not go to the car wash. I'm only giving 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

It had been years since I'd been to this Mi-T fine & decided to stop. BIG MISTAKE. $10.99-exterior wash,vaccuum & windows. At vaccuum station I asked & was told trash bag would be dumped. Finished product, outside had water spots, many windows were streaked & dirty,no trash was dumped BUT I did get a rag & 2 bottles of window cleaner left in my vehicle. PEOPLE save your money & aggrivation. Now I know why I usually drive to 635 & Mac Arthur to Kwik Car Wash.

My car was neglected for over a year due to the death of my husband. Julio managed to get stains out of the carpet that I thought were permanent. Although the car was dirty he took care to clean it carefully, buffed out a scratch on the side. All around great job for a fair price

Looked good, smelled bleachy. Took a day or two but now I feel good about it.

Otis did a great job detailing our car which had long needed some attention and care after many years being parked outside in the sun. He did a wonderful job on cleaning the interior and made the outside look like it had just come from the showroom. Otis was is very careful and thorough in his work, and went above and beyond our expectations to clean every corner of the car. It has been two days and we are still finding pleasant surprises of places where he spent extra time and detail to clean the interior. I would very highly recommend Otis and plan to have him detail both our cars again in the future.
