I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the level of work, craftsmanship, and customer service I received here. I'll be suggesting Back 2 Right to everyone I know. Scott K.

I was very depressed and asked if I could go through my truck to get some work stuff. He said OK. As I was sitting there I noticed the install manual for my tuner. I read the directions and began following the upload instructions and guess what, my truck cranked right up. They had not installed the program. I told the Dealership Service Manager and he said they had not touched it and I could take it. So, I drove my truck home. I spoke to Discount the next day and told them I would be by to discuss my bill. I met the owner at Discount and he gave me a bill for over 550 dollars. He had charged me for 6.875 hours!!!!! Discount had my truck for over 48 hours and didn't fix or finish the install. In addition most of what was installed was incorrect and I had to have redone. When I told the owner it was excessive, he said that was the recommended install time from his expert. He insisted we call his expert so I could see that was a fair price. On the speaker phone his expert (the same guy I bought my equipment from.. lol) told us it should take approx 2.5 to 3 hrs for someone who is not mechanically inclined to complete, about 1.5 to 2 hours for a shade tree mechanic to finish and .5 to 1.5 for a good mechanic or someone who does installs everyday. I told the owner I would pay what we agreed upon before I had brought my truck in, 3 hrs. This was and is way more than what "his" expert said it should have taken. The owner said I was to pay the full bill or he was going to call the cops. I told him I would wait right here. The owner said no I had to leave. 2 hours later cops called me, I told them the story, and they said it was a civil matter. I recommend you do not use this company. There are several other options in Crosby that even the worst would be 100 times better than Discount Car Wash. FYI my truck is running great. I have increased from 13.4 MPG to 16.2 in less than 5 days and expect more.. Good luck, Ryan

Had an electrical issue that has been diagnosed by multiple shops previously, including the dealership - they all wanted over a thousand dollars to replace a 'module that went bad' which was causing my windows not to work properly and my doors to not close themselves. The technician here pulled my car in and showed me that the fault with my Mercedes S550 wasn't in fact a bad module, but a module that needed to be reprogrammed/recalibrated. They took care of the problem while I watched, and didn't even charge me anything - they just told me to be sure and leave them a review online! So here I am! I'll definitely be back anytime my car or any of my family's cars need any work done! Thanks IDB!

The short version is that car spa damaged my vehicle and have given me the run around for over a month without fixing it. I was a repeat customer who brought multiple cars there for years (probably spending a couple of thousand dollars all together). Never again. Long version: 1 month ago, on a Saturday, I came in for an oil change and general cleaning (inside and out). After the oil change but during the cleaning inside the car, an employee broke my rear view mirror off in such a way that it couldn't be reattached. The guy who broke the mirror was very apologetic and I wasn't particularly upset about that (accidents happen). What did bug me was waiting beside my car for 30 minutes until a manager (Juan) could look at the damage and take down my details. On the back of their copy of the receipt, I wrote down my name, number, make, model, VIN, etc and since it was the weekend, Juan promised to call me on Monday with a resolution. No one calls me on Monday. I wait until Thursday to call them and after 20 mins on hold am told that the part has been ordered and that they will call me when it comes in. No one calls me the following week. I call on Friday and after a lot of hold time, I am told that the wrong part arrived, had to be returned and the correct one ordered. I will be called when it arrives. No one calls me the following week. I show up in person on Sunday and talk to Juan (who doesn't remember me of course). I describe the repeated calls, the repeated runaround and how after three weeks, this just needs to be made right. He promises, to my face, to make amends and take care of me and fix my mirror. I am clear that I will wait 1 week and if it is not resolved by then, I start posting my experience online. That was 9 days ago. Car Spa, your staff lie to your customers, repeatedly, on the phone and in person and it reflects very poorly on your company as a whole. 11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.

This company employs workers that can't be trusted! The manager doesn't do anything about it, but their website advises they treat the customers like Royalty. I recently took my vehicle here and my property was stolen. I guess that is the type of Royalty treatment you get. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services especially if you're not in the vehicle at all times.

I was at this location today (9-8-12) and the brushes were to close and snapped my antenna off and slammed my mirrors hard against the cab of my new truck. I said something to the guys working there and they just pointed at their sign and said thats the policy. I will never recomend a blue wave to anyone else again. I use to go every Saturday to do my truck and have seen the service go downhill and they are now just rushing vehicles through.
