SO F'king dope. BMW had a dead battery on the 2nd sub-floor of a parking garage. Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Had an electrical issue that has been diagnosed by multiple shops previously, including the dealership - they all wanted over a thousand dollars to replace a 'module that went bad' which was causing my windows not to work properly and my doors to not close themselves. The technician here pulled my car in and showed me that the fault with my Mercedes S550 wasn't in fact a bad module, but a module that needed to be reprogrammed/recalibrated. They took care of the problem while I watched, and didn't even charge me anything - they just told me to be sure and leave them a review online! So here I am! I'll definitely be back anytime my car or any of my family's cars need any work done! Thanks IDB!

I took my wife's car to Elite Car Wash to be cleaned yesterday. As I approached the guide bars onto the conveyor I heard a pop noise. I've heard this in my truck before as it is aligning the tires on the conveyor. The attendant's eyebrows raised indicating his awareness of the noise. I had multiple cars behind me and when I exited the wash I had no option but to keep moving. I live about 5 minutes away, so when I got home I took a look and sure enough the tire sidewall was gouged and the wheel was damaged. I immediately called and spoke to Cece the manager at Elite Car Wash. She said she would check the tunnel and call me back. She did. She said that there was nothing wrong with the tunnel and her employees don't remember anything happening. She also did not want to see the damage and told me since I drove offsite there was nothing she could do. I asked her to show me video of the car as it loaded the wash. She had nothing..... I drove back to Elite Car Wash and took a photo of the loading area where the wheel was damaged. Oh, and I saw the attendant and questioned him. He said "yeah I heard the noise". Nothing like lying to the customer. After an 8 minute conversation with her, she said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do and HUNG UP ON ME. Great Customer Service Elite Car Wash. The conclusion: The protective plastic piece that protects the wheel from being damaged is worn right down to the steel. Improper Maintenance. Elite Car Wash needs a new maintenance plan.

The short version is that car spa damaged my vehicle and have given me the run around for over a month without fixing it. I was a repeat customer who brought multiple cars there for years (probably spending a couple of thousand dollars all together). Never again. Long version: 1 month ago, on a Saturday, I came in for an oil change and general cleaning (inside and out). After the oil change but during the cleaning inside the car, an employee broke my rear view mirror off in such a way that it couldn't be reattached. The guy who broke the mirror was very apologetic and I wasn't particularly upset about that (accidents happen). What did bug me was waiting beside my car for 30 minutes until a manager (Juan) could look at the damage and take down my details. On the back of their copy of the receipt, I wrote down my name, number, make, model, VIN, etc and since it was the weekend, Juan promised to call me on Monday with a resolution. No one calls me on Monday. I wait until Thursday to call them and after 20 mins on hold am told that the part has been ordered and that they will call me when it comes in. No one calls me the following week. I call on Friday and after a lot of hold time, I am told that the wrong part arrived, had to be returned and the correct one ordered. I will be called when it arrives. No one calls me the following week. I show up in person on Sunday and talk to Juan (who doesn't remember me of course). I describe the repeated calls, the repeated runaround and how after three weeks, this just needs to be made right. He promises, to my face, to make amends and take care of me and fix my mirror. I am clear that I will wait 1 week and if it is not resolved by then, I start posting my experience online. That was 9 days ago. Car Spa, your staff lie to your customers, repeatedly, on the phone and in person and it reflects very poorly on your company as a whole. This company employs workers that can't be trusted! The manager doesn't do anything about it, but their website advises they treat the customers like Royalty. I recently took my vehicle here and my property was stolen. I guess that is the type of Royalty treatment you get. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use their services especially if you're not in the vehicle at all times.

I was at this location today (9-8-12) and the brushes were to close and snapped my antenna off and slammed my mirrors hard against the cab of my new truck. I said something to the guys working there and they just pointed at their sign and said thats the policy. I will never recomend a blue wave to anyone else again. I use to go every Saturday to do my truck and have seen the service go downhill and they are now just rushing vehicles through.

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.
