Great place--not only is my car cleaned, the facility is impeccable! The equipment is new and works well--they use hot water which helps take all the grime off. The location is great and one can drive in at anytime. There is a helpful attendant during the day--very polite!

AWESOME SERVICE! The owner (Mr. Delgado) was very professional. He provided quick, efficient service and saved me from having to buy a whole new set of wheels. It may be a backyard business but thats where the BEST business start. I highly recommend this place to everyone in need of quality workmanship.

Awful awful. I called them to let them know I was going to bring my car they told me they were open they said it was raining and that they may not stay open I get off work it's 94 degrees and sunny just a few clouds and I come and they're closed after I called and verified that they were open still and he says yes this store is open I would do your car I come I Drive 40 miles to find the store is closed. Tried to reach them over and over again. Even tried another phone number. UNRELIABLE!!

BEWARE OF THE CONMAN!!!!!!!! IF YOU EVER HAVE TO REPAIR A WINDSHIELD, DONT GO HERE!!!!! THE FAST TAKING "DAVID" WILL START WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE WHILE HE TELLS YOU TO TALK TO YOUR INSURANCE IF YOUR NOT SURE YOU HAVE COVERAGE FOR THAT. THEN HE WORKS ON THE CAR WHLE YOU ARE ON HOLD. THEN IF YOUR NOT COVERED HE GETS PAID ANYWAY. OH BUT DONT THINK YOUR COMPLAINT WILL GET ANYWHERE, CAUSE 'ELOY TREVINO' THE SO CALLED MANAGER NEVER CALLS ANYONE BACK. SOOOOOO....WORD OF MOUTH IS OUR BEST ADVERTISEMENT :O :O NONE OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN

Worst car wash ever. Got the xpress super for $19.00 and got strictly the car wash. Once we got thru the wash. we noticed all these other cars coming out after us and getting wiped down and tires done, while we're still waiting. Finally, after the 4th car after us came out and left, I asked the guy why no one was helping us. He stated "we do the $5.00 services first before we do the full service vehicles". I stated "well that's a hell of a way to do business". Even after that, they still left us sitting there waiting. Waiting to watch the soap dry on the car. which left even more streaks. We were told to take it back thru to get the soap off, but manager said it would still come out like that. Been here 3 times before and there was very little soap left on car. After 30 minutes of waiting and no one even coming up to us, we finally left. Looks like they don't care about the customers that spend the $20.00, they just handle the lower paying customers first. What a poor way of running a company! By no means do I recommend or will I ever be back! WILL NOT EVER BE BACK!

I went to Elite Auto Sounds and told them i needed a new stereo in my car and i wanted one that i could hear with top down in my car he said no problem he could do that and i would be very happy, well when i got the stereo in I took it out and could hardly hear it NOT HAPPY AT ALL i spent around 700$ for this, when I told them about this he said let him see what he could do, His option to me was to spend another 700$ to 1300$ to make it better. Well i guess thats what i get for trusting them and if this is how they work i would tell every one to stay away from this place they are a RIPOFF AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL ONLY WHAT MONEY THEY CAN TAKE YOU FOR.....
