I called them to let them know I was going to bring my car they told me they were open they said it was raining and that they may not stay open I get off work it's 94 degrees and sunny just a few clouds and I come and they're closed after I called and verified that they were open still and he says yes this store is open I would do your car I come I Drive 40 miles to find the store is closed. Tried to reach them over and over again. Even tried another phone number. UNRELIABLE!!
I went to Elite Auto Sounds and told them i needed a new stereo in m... read more I went to Elite Auto Sounds and told them i needed a new stereo in my car and i wanted one that i could hear with top down in my car he said no problem he could do that and i would be very happy, well when i got the stereo in I took it out and could hardly hear it NOT HAPPY AT ALL i spent around 700$ for this, when I told them about this he said let him see what he could do, His option to me was to spend another 700$ to 1300$ to make it better. Well i guess thats what i get for trusting them and if this is how they work i would tell every one to stay away from this place they are a RIPOFF AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL ONLY WHAT MONEY THEY CAN TAKE YOU FOR.....

THE FAST TAKING "DAVID" WILL START WORKING ON YOUR VEHICLE WHILE HE TELLS YOU TO TALK TO YOUR INSURANCE IF YOUR NOT SURE YOU HAVE COVERAGE FOR THAT. THEN HE WORKS ON THE CAR WHLE YOU ARE ON HOLD. THEN IF YOUR NOT COVERED HE GETS PAID ANYWAY. OH BUT DONT THINK YOUR COMPLAINT WILL GET ANYWHERE, CAUSE 'ELOY TREVINO' THE SO CALLED MANAGER NEVER CALLS ANYONE BACK. SOOOOOO....WORD OF MOUTH IS OUR BEST ADVERTISEMENT :O :O NONE OF OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY WILL EVER GO THERE AGAIN
