I found DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, a few months ago after searching for a place that did Paintless Dent Repair(PDR) north of Dallas. I have delt with several PDR businesses in the past to repair door dings and hail dents. I was never satisified with their work. I took a chance with DFW Dent Repair to take out some door dings and some manufacturer defects in the sheetmetal on my 2012 Dodge Charger SRT8 and hoped for the best. I could not believe my eyes after Justin and Chase did the work. It was like the door dings and defects were never there! I was so happy with their work that I recently took my wife's 2012 black Jeep Overland to take out a nice size door ding. Justin took care of it easily. I usually don't write reviews, but I had to give a huge "Thank You" to DFW Dent Repair, in Lewisville TX, for making our cars look great and for their 1st class customer service!!!

They repaired a cluster and a torque converter

I had a slight fender bender that did not break the grill; however, it broke the radiator and the check engine light came on. The car overheated on the way to court. This location was less than 1/4 mile away, so I stopped and took a chance. Worse mistake of my week. That is compared to being attacked and having to get stitches, having a fender bender, having to get a hotel and extend my stay and surviving a low-grade tornado that damaged the rental car. This still was the WORST experience. I was treated rudely, up charged for labor after they had my car for 5 days with no callbacks or updates even though I called them daily and was promised repeatedly to advise on what was done or needed. When I got the car back the check engine light was still on. When I inquired about it I was insulted by the owner who told me that the light was off when they finished with it but I picked it up 30 minutes after they closed from their receptionist LaTonya who I texted back to advise that the check engine light was still on and called the two numbers I had for Lawrence with no answer or response back from LaTonya or Lawrence A. Giles. The next day March 14, 2019 when I came back into the shop and began asking questions about the work that was done and upset that my car was running rough and the check engine light was still on I was advised by Lawrence that he understood why I was attacked as I didn't know when to be quiet and that he was doing me a favor. That confused me as he charged me $40.00 diagnostic, then $350.00 parts and labor then an additional $125.00 for additional labor. When I asked for a credit for the diagnostic fees because he did the work four times he finally gave me a $20.00 credit. When I admitted that it was my fault for choosing an unprofessional business that I had not researched due to my car overheating and his proximity to the court where I had an appointment. When I went out to speak with his technician Curtis to inquire what exactly he had done to my car and why the check engine light was on the owner Lawrence told me not to be out there harassing his worker. I was amazed that he felt he could charge me nearly $500.00 on a repair but did not expect me to ask any questions. When they put my car back on the diagnostic machine it indicated CO2 Sensor problems. Curtis cleared it and suggested that I drive the car to see if it came on again. In less than 6 miles the light was back on. I had to go to the dealership to get this car repaired properly. My car overheated and stopped on the dealership technician in less than 2 weeks after the repairs from Action Transmission. The dealership asked if the coolant was added and topped off due to them having to add coolant after the car overheated and stopped on them and if there was a warranty on the work I told them I would try to find out. When I texted to inquire about the warranty on the work done on my car that was never mentioned verbally or in writing I got no response. When I inquired if they filled the coolant like they charged me for I got no response. I will push this forward legally if necessary. My final word is BEWARE of this predator who has little respect for single females who have the audacity to ask questions about what they are paying for. HI I noticed that the McKinney location for DFW Dent Repair was under construction so I took my 2014 Honda Accord to their Lewisville location to get some recent hail damage repaired. These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and made to process so easy. It's amazing how they work their "magic" and saw dents I didn't even realize where there. They answered all of my questions and are very "customer focused" They got my car in and out in a reasonable time and the coupon on their website helped me cover my deductible! I was so thrilled with how the Honda turned out, I just dropped off our Mercedes E350 for hail damage repairs! I've dealt with fly by night dent repair companies that pop up like weeds after a hail storm before. This is a brick and mortor location and this is all they do! It had been years since I'd been to this Mi-T fine & decided to stop. BIG MISTAKE. $10.99-exterior wash,vaccuum & windows. At vaccuum station I asked & was told trash bag would be dumped. Finished product, outside had water spots, many windows were streaked & dirty,no trash was dumped BUT I did get a rag & 2 bottles of window cleaner left in my vehicle. PEOPLE save your money & aggrivation. Now I know why I usually drive to 635 & Mac Arthur to Kwik Car Wash.

Last week I went to wash my car as I have over the last 5 - 6 years. i recommended this carwash to my community members basd on their service on the entire compound. I was about to enter the car wash and one of the workers took the brush and broke off my jaguar emblem off the hood of my car. I have tried to get compensated for a replacedment and/or spea with the owner to no avail. The Manager (Mark) has continued to gve me the runaround for the last week. He and others are stating that because my emblem had rustunder the nood where the housing is located, they should not be liable. My advice to anyone that drives a car such as a Mercedes or Jaguar, DO NOT take your vehicle there because the staff is not responsible and/or professional enough to admit when they are at fault. I now have to seek legal representation to get a $200.00 part replaced due to their unresponsiveness.

Horrible customer service and the worst car wash in city. I involved the owner and he was just as rude as the cashier. I'll never go back. Save your money do not go to the car wash. I'm only giving 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

BEWARE of Simoniz Car Wash, 15209 Addison Rd, Addison Tx 75001 Damage was done to the painted bed cover on my GMC truck. As the Simoniz employee was drying the bed cover on my truck he put all his body weight on the fiberglass covers edge causing it to flex, that caused the factory paint to crack under his weight. I completed the Simoniz damage report and several days later was contacted by Mike Katz that he was not going to repair the damage. Mike Katz said that since I drove off their property they were not liable for any damages. I told David there was no visible sign of this Simoniz policy and I was not informed by any Simoniz employees that I had to complete a very through (microscopic) inspection on my truck after the wash. A further note is when I was at Simoniz (completing the claim form) an employee was telling me about other damages that had been done to other autos and how they refuse to repair damages caused by stupid employees. BEWARE If you have your auto cleaned here you better do a very close search of your finish and interior before you drive off their property or you could get screwed like me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looked good, smelled bleachy. Took a day or two but now I feel good about it.

Otis did a great job detailing our car which had long needed some attention and care after many years being parked outside in the sun. He did a wonderful job on cleaning the interior and made the outside look like it had just come from the showroom. Otis was is very careful and thorough in his work, and went above and beyond our expectations to clean every corner of the car. It has been two days and we are still finding pleasant surprises of places where he spent extra time and detail to clean the interior. I would very highly recommend Otis and plan to have him detail both our cars again in the future.

Watch this operation, their equipment tearns up your factory installed regular side door mirrors. One of mine was ground up in one of their machines...they would not take responsibility for the damge, claimed "prior damage" on my new car. There was no prior damage. Could get no satification from management.

I purchased a $29.99 car wash with detail. Upon completion I tipped the employee and left. I then went to AutoZone, less then a mile away to purchase an air freshener. Within an hour, I noticed that the drivers side mud mat was missing. I then checked the rest of the car and noted that the left rear mat was missing as well. I immediately went back to the car wash. The manager (Charlie) said it wasn't in the car. I insisted that they look for it. After 10 minutes he returned, and told me to look for it at home. I asked for the owners name or insurance information. He refused to provide it to me. I have priced the replacement cost which is around $109.00. Buyer beware!!!

2 weeks ago I took my car to Flagship carwash to have it cleaned with special attention to the trunk which the night before had a plastic gallon of milk rupture from being crushed by other groceries. I told the attendant that the trunk was the main thing to be cleaned because of the milk spill. After having it cleaned, 2 days later there was a horrible smell coming from the trunk. I took the car back the attendant who stated that he was the manager did not want to reclean the car. The carpet in the trunk was still dirty, the inside of the car had dirt in the seat and floorboards from the attendant putting 2 items from the trunk into the back seat of the car. He argued about cleaning the trunk again but made a lame attempt at revacuuming the trunk and shampooing the carpet which was not clean from the first time it was suppose to be cleaned. After several days the smell was worse. I looked in the trunk under the spare tire, where to my horror, I found that the carpet was now molding and the spare tire area where it should be obvious, that a liquid would run to, was full of rotten milk! I returned the car to the car wash once more and the attendant REFUSED to do anything and told me that it was DANGEROUS FOR HIM TO CLEAN such a mess. If he had cleaned it properly in the first place this would not be a mess. He said he would clean it if I repaid him for the first time it was cleaned. This car wash obviously does not have anyone working in it that wants to work and it was just laziness that created the problem in the first place because they did not remove the liquid which was spilled which was the reason it was taken to be cleaned in the first place. Poor service and bad attitude of employees.
