I went to Hallmark car wash to get a Vip wash and as I pull up the sales person comes up to me and takes a look at my windshield and I had 3 rock ships, I was like “ No I don’t” she tells me that they had a promotion going on where you get a FREE wash if you get a windshield repair, that’s amazing not only that but my insurance covered the 3 chip repairs plus they did and amazing job.

I was very depressed and asked if I could go through my truck to get some work stuff. He said OK. As I was sitting there I noticed the install manual for my tuner. I read the directions and began following the upload instructions and guess what, my truck cranked right up. They had not installed the program. I told the Dealership Service Manager and he said they had not touched it and I could take it. So, I drove my truck home. I spoke to Discount the next day and told them I would be by to discuss my bill. I met the owner at Discount and he gave me a bill for over 550 dollars. He had charged me for 6.875 hours!!!!! Discount had my truck for over 48 hours and didn't fix or finish the install. In addition most of what was installed was incorrect and I had to have redone. When I told the owner it was excessive, he said that was the recommended install time from his expert. He insisted we call his expert so I could see that was a fair price. On the speaker phone his expert (the same guy I bought my equipment from.. lol) told us it should take approx 2.5 to 3 hrs for someone who is not mechanically inclined to complete, about 1.5 to 2 hours for a shade tree mechanic to finish and .5 to 1.5 for a good mechanic or someone who does installs everyday. I told the owner I would pay what we agreed upon before I had brought my truck in, 3 hrs. This was and is way more than what "his" expert said it should have taken. The owner said I was to pay the full bill or he was going to call the cops. I told him I would wait right here. The owner said no I had to leave. 2 hours later cops called me, I told them the story, and they said it was a civil matter. I recommend you do not use this company. There are several other options in Crosby that even the worst would be 100 times better than Discount Car Wash. FYI my truck is running great. I have increased from 13.4 MPG to 16.2 in less than 5 days and expect more.. Good luck, Ryan

I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna. I have never had my engine detailed and thought it would be a good time to start caring for the engine. I looked to other places for a engine detail service but most don't offer this service. I dropped off the Sienna at 4:00 and left it with them for 1 hour. The results were fantastic. They dressed all of the rubber hoses and completely cleaned the entire engine compartment. It looks like it did when I drove it home new from the dealership.

This place sucks. Nothing ever works. Only place in the area with the card reader, and it never works. Went today. First stall wouldn't take my card info. Tried two cards. Moved to another stall, started the sprayer on wheel cleaner, nothing but air came out. The drive through hasn't worked in forever. Wish someone would fix it up. Could be a nice place.

I took my wife's car to Elite Car Wash to be cleaned yesterday. As I approached the guide bars onto the conveyor I heard a pop noise. I've heard this in my truck before as it is aligning the tires on the conveyor. The attendant's eyebrows raised indicating his awareness of the noise. I had multiple cars behind me and when I exited the wash I had no option but to keep moving. I live about 5 minutes away, so when I got home I took a look and sure enough the tire sidewall was gouged and the wheel was damaged. I immediately called and spoke to Cece the manager at Elite Car Wash. She said she would check the tunnel and call me back. She did. She said that there was nothing wrong with the tunnel and her employees don't remember anything happening. She also did not want to see the damage and told me since I drove offsite there was nothing she could do. I asked her to show me video of the car as it loaded the wash. She had nothing..... I drove back to Elite Car Wash and took a photo of the loading area where the wheel was damaged. Oh, and I saw the attendant and questioned him. He said "yeah I heard the noise". Nothing like lying to the customer. After an 8 minute conversation with her, she said I'm sorry there is nothing I can do and HUNG UP ON ME. Great Customer Service Elite Car Wash. The conclusion: The protective plastic piece that protects the wheel from being damaged is worn right down to the steel. Improper Maintenance. Elite Car Wash needs a new maintenance plan.

The short version is that car spa damaged my vehicle and have given me the run around for over a month without fixing it. I was a repeat customer who brought multiple cars there for years (probably spending a couple of thousand dollars all together). Never again. Long version: 1 month ago, on a Saturday, I came in for an oil change and general cleaning (inside and out). After the oil change but during the cleaning inside the car, an employee broke my rear view mirror off in such a way that it couldn't be reattached. The guy who broke the mirror was very apologetic and I wasn't particularly upset about that (accidents happen). What did bug me was waiting beside my car for 30 minutes until a manager (Juan) could look at the damage and take down my details. On the back of their copy of the receipt, I wrote down my name, number, make, model, VIN, etc and since it was the weekend, Juan promised to call me on Monday with a resolution. No one calls me on Monday. I wait until Thursday to call them and after 20 mins on hold am told that the part has been ordered and that they will call me when it comes in. No one calls me the following week. I call on Friday and after a lot of hold time, I am told that the wrong part arrived, had to be returned and the correct one ordered. I will be called when it arrives. No one calls me the following week. I show up in person on Sunday and talk to Juan (who doesn't remember me of course). I describe the repeated calls, the repeated runaround and how after three weeks, this just needs to be made right. He promises, to my face, to make amends and take care of me and fix my mirror. I am clear that I will wait 1 week and if it is not resolved by then, I start posting my experience online. That was 9 days ago. Car Spa, your staff lie to your customers, repeatedly, on the phone and in person and it reflects very poorly on your company as a whole.
