I have lived in the area over a decade, and Tuffy has seen many (if not all) of our family vehicles. Some needed more repairs and upkeep than others, but Paul is definitely someone I trust. Just a few weeks ago we were going out of town for a funeral and decided to bring it in before we left. Long story short, we brought it in for an oil change and Tuffy found a major issue that needed to be repaired immediately. Tuffy not only saved us the danger of breaking down on our way to the funeral, but they worked out an arrangement with Enterprise to rent a 15 passenger van for my large family! went in for a oil change . Came out with my brake pedal to the floor. They told me they didn`t touch brakes, I watched them DAMAGE my brakes . Had a guy up on lift pushing on brake pedal. Worse part I have been a loyal customer for years.
