I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!! We have been going to Kurt's for service for years. It is wonderful to have a shop that you can rely on. Recently our daughters car broke down at college in Dubuque, IA. We found a shop there that worked on her car and it turned out that a part that Kurt's had replaced in that vehicle for us last year had failed. I called Ray and he contacted the mechanic in Dubuque directly for us and made arrangements for a replacement part to be sent there... saving us $400 in replacing that part. As always, above and beyond! They are truly a blessing in our lives! The best!

I had a terrible experience dealing with this company. I will be sure to call the Illinois Commerce Commision at 1-800-524-0795 to file a complaint and may possibly take my case to small claims court.
