I took my ML 350 due to a problem with the Engine. The drive chain had broken. The dealer's recommendation was to repair and cost was something of buying another car! So, I took to Dupage Auto Werks. The recommendation is to replace the 118K miles engine with a much lower engine. They shopped and found a fimilar engine and practically did a 'Engine Transplantation'! Now that I have an engine not only has a lower mileage, but also was cheaper overall. Very satisfied with them to have suggested and able to get my car worth somehting that I can keep it a much longer time!

Dan is the man. He is one of the guys you see first and he is always smiling. He is very nice as well as very knowledgeable in the automotive industry. The automatic transmission in my Toyota Sienna van appeared failing to up-shift to 3rd and OD gears. I took the car to a number of local shops to diagnose and quote for repair. The Toyota dealer charged me $62 for only taking a short test drive without any diagnostic scanning of the car and said the transmission needs to replace (refurbished) at $3520. Another shop did do the scanning and test for free but told me to rebuild the transmission. Then I came to Superior Transmission. Frank and the technician inspected my car in very much details, including check the fluid, scan the data and test drive.
