EXCELLENT SERVICE I was having issues with a previous mechanic due to constant rescheduling . I have always dreaded going to a mechanic due to various shops taking advantage a a woman who doesn't know much about cars . I then stumbled across wrench and decided to give it a try . Ray showed up and he explained my car issues in detail . He was sincere and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to figure out my issue and fix my car in the same day . Honest Mechanics I thought I needed new brakes, after an inspection just needed a flush and a adjustment.

Oil filter very expensive. Not their fault, but still hard to take.

Fixed the exhaust quickly and at a very reasonable price, Quite a bit less than the other big name places, and didn't try to replace a bunch of stuff that didn't need to be replaced.

I must say that I've never dealt with a repair shop that has been totally helpful and honest, until now. Jeff is a real stand up guy. If you need great car service this is the place.

My experience was AMAZING with Evan's. They are professional and so prompt. They got me right in and gave me continuous updates. Also, they seem very affordable, I have been ripped off by my dealership before and I trust these guys. Evan himself even shuttled me back to work, which was so nice not having to ask someone or worry. I am from out of town and now have a go-to car shop! I would highly recommend them :)

I feel the repair work done on this return visit should have been addressed when I first brought the vehicle in for an oil change. Fortunately, I caught the repair issue when I read the inspection report.

I’ve gone to Auto4n many times, for oil changes, repairs, brakes, and other services. There’s no one else in Cincinnati that I would trust with my Mini. They are honest, transparent, and friendly. Plus they give out great freebies to their customers! Shirts, beer glasses, even sunflower seeds!

Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this shop. The owner overcharged me, and lied repeatedly after causing damage to my vehicles safety system with his poor work. The only good part of the experience was knowing that I will never go back there, and I hope that this review will dissuade anyone else from giving money to this weasel.

Was quoted over $1,100 to replace an alternator on my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. Was told the price for the alternator was $600+. When I questioned John the mechanic about the price and told him a new one on Atlantic British was $290, he told me their shop won't compete with on-line discount part supplier. On top of that, 5 hours for labor at $500. If anyone knows Disco's, replacing the alternator is the most accessible part on the engine. So disappointed in the quote, I paid $125 for the diagnosis and towed my car to another mechanic. These guys are despicable. Avoid at all cost.
